What You’ll Lead

This is not just a role — it’s a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.

You will:

• Develop and lead SUNSHINE’s fundraising strategy, shaping how we grow and sustain our mission.

• Build relationships with donors, supporters, partners, and funders, creating a community of people who believe in our cause.

• Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants, trusts, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, and individual giving.

• Create compelling fundraising campaigns that inspire generosity and connection.

• Work closely with marketing, service, and volunteer teams to ensure fundraising aligns with our mission and values.

• Build systems and processes that make fundraising ethical, transparent, and sustainable.

• Champion a culture of gratitude, ensuring every supporter feels valued and appreciated.
