What You’ll Lead

This is not just a role — it’s a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.

You will:

• Design and launch SUNSHINE’s learning and development strategy for volunteers and internal teams.

• Create training pathways that build confidence, compassion, and capability across the organisation.

• Develop onboarding, induction, and skills‑building programmes that help people thrive in their roles.

• Build systems and frameworks that ensure learning is accessible, inclusive, and impactful.

• Support managers and team leads to grow their own leadership and coaching skills.

• Evaluate learning needs and measure impact, ensuring our people feel supported and our services stay strong.

• Champion a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and personal growth.

This is a role for someone who believes learning can transform people — and people can transform communities.
