What You’ll Lead

This is not just a role — it’s a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.

You will:

• Design and develop SUNSHINE’s core services — from concept to delivery.

• Create a service model that is compassionate, accessible, and grounded in real human need.

• Build the systems, processes, and frameworks that ensure quality, safety, and consistency.

• Work closely with volunteers and partners to bring services to life in a sustainable, scalable way.

• Monitor impact and continuously improve, ensuring our services genuinely reduce loneliness.

• Champion the voice of the people we support, making sure their experiences shape everything we do.

This is a role for someone who sees service design as a powerful tool for human connection.

Who You Are

You’re someone who:

• Cares deeply about people and community.

• Has experience in service design, service delivery, programme management, or community support.

• Thrives in start‑up environments where creativity, flexibility, and initiative matter.
