We’re growing fast — and we need someone who can help us build a volunteering programme that shines as brightly as our mission.

Your Mission: Build, Lead, Inspire

This isn’t a typical volunteer management role. This is your chance to create, set up and lead SUNSHINE’s entire volunteering programme from scratch.

You will:

• Design and develop our volunteering strategy and structure.

• Create all volunteer processes, systems and pathways.

• Lead on the recruitment, onboarding and retention of every volunteer.

• Build a warm, inclusive and empowering volunteer culture.

• Support volunteers across all programmes and future initiatives.

• Shape the long‑term vision of volunteering at SUNSHINE.

Your leadership will directly influence how many people we reach, support and uplift.
