Your Mission: Lead, Support and Strengthen SUNSHINE

As our Chair of the Board of Trustees, you will play a pivotal role in shaping SUNSHINE’s strategic direction and ensuring we operate with integrity, compassion and impact.

You will:

• Provide leadership to the Board of Trustees and ensure effective governance.

• Support and work closely with the CEO and leadership team.

• Guide the development of SUNSHINE’s long‑term strategy.

• Ensure the charity meets its legal, financial and ethical responsibilities.

• Champion SUNSHINE’s mission and represent the charity externally.

• Foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive Board culture.

• Help build the foundations of a strong, sustainable and impactful organisation.

Your leadership will help ensure SUNSHINE grows with purpose, clarity and heart.
