Volunteer Coordinator or Volunteering Programme Volunteers (A Few Hours Per Week)

We’re seeking a dedicated, warm‑hearted and organised Volunteer Coordinator who can help us build, support and inspire our volunteer team. As a 100% volunteer‑powered charity, volunteers are the heartbeat of SUNSHINE — and your role will help ensure they feel valued, supported and connected.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome new volunteers with positivity and encouragement.

• Help match volunteers to roles where they can shine.

• Support volunteer wellbeing and engagement.

• Keep our volunteer records organised.

• Be a friendly point of contact for our growing team.

• Help us build a community where everyone feels they belong.
