SUNSHINE Charity was born from that moment — from the belief that people deserve connection, joy and community in their everyday lives.

Now we’re getting ready to launch in 2026, and we’re building the team that will design the very first programmes we bring to London. This is your chance to shape something meaningful from day one.

Join Our Programme Development Working Group

This group will lead on creating, setting up and launching our pilot programmes — the activities and experiences that will bring people together, spark joy and reduce loneliness across London.

You’ll meet monthly, share ideas, and help turn our mission into real‑life moments of connection.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing pilot programme ideas that bring people together in uplifting, meaningful ways

• Helping shape the structure, content and feel of our first community activities

• Planning and preparing for programme delivery in London

• Testing ideas, gathering feedback and helping us refine what works

• Bringing creativity, compassion and sunshine into every step

You don’t need to be a programme designer already — just someone who cares about people and loves the idea of building something joyful from scratch.

Who You Are

Someone who:

• Is passionate about community, connection and reducing loneliness

• Enjoys brainstorming, planning and creating new ideas

• Wants to help shape a charity at the very start of its journey

• Can give a little time each month to help us get launch‑ready

• Brings positivity, curiosity and a willingness to try new things
