We are seeking a founding Clan Membership Secretary—a welcoming, organised, and community‑minded individual who will help shape the heart of our society: our people. This role is vital to building a thriving, connected, and engaged global clan. As Membership Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for new members and the steady presence that keeps our community informed, supported, and growing.

As Clan Membership Secretary, you will:

• Welcome new members and help them feel part of the Lyonic Scots from day one

• Maintain accurate membership records and support the smooth running of our society

• Work closely with the Executive Committee and Clan Chief to strengthen engagement and community spirit

• Support communication, outreach, and member involvement across our global network

• Play a key role in shaping a clan community rooted in unity, culture, and belonging

You do not need Scottish ancestry to join us. What matters is your enthusiasm. Your commitment. Your belief in what a modern clan can be: a living community built on shared purpose, heritage, and connection.
