About the Role
We’re hiring a Trauma Stabilisation Worker to join our team based in Hove. In this role, you will support women who have experienced significant trauma and multiple disadvantages, including domestic and sexual violence, exploitation, homelessness, mental ill-health and substance use.
As a Trauma Stabilisation Worker, you will deliver person-centred support and structured interventions to help residents manage trauma, build emotional regulation skills and develop coping strategies to support recovery and housing stability. You will work closely with colleagues and external partners to maintain a trauma-informed, psychologically informed environment that promotes safety, consistency and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Support residents experiencing trauma, mental ill-health, substance use, homelessness and complex needs
Deliver structured 1:1 trauma stabilisation interventions and maintain a manageable caseload
Help residents build emotional regulation, coping skills, and confidence to sustain housing and move forward positively
Create and review personalised support plans through one-to-one work, group sessions, and multi agency collaboration
Recognise and respond to risks, including safeguarding concerns and deterioration in mental health
Plan and deliver trauma-informed group activities and contribute to house meetings
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to provide joined up support
Keep accurate, timely records and maintain high standards of case management and confidentiality

About You
We’re looking for an empathetic and resilient individual who understands the impact of trauma and the challenges faced by women with multiple and complex needs. You will have experience supporting people affected by issues such as domestic abuse, mental ill-health, homelessness, and substance use. You will be confident delivering structured support, including one-to-one interventions and group work and be able to engage individuals who may be in distress or disengaged from services.
You’ll be proactive, organised, and able to manage a varied workload, while working collaboratively within a team. The St Mungo’s Pan London Rough Sleeping Teams (No Second Night Out and Somewhere Safe to Stay) provide a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to sleep rough. We are currently looking for people to join our teams as Night Reconnection Assistants (and Night Assessment Workers).
Work as part of a busy team environment working closely with those affected by rough sleeping.
Provide a safe and supportive environment at night to clients; and support a team of Assessment and Reconnection Workers, with key tasks, such as implementing reconnection or assessment plans and supporting clients in to appropriate accommodation.
Work on a 7 day weekly night rota pattern with an average of 3 waking night shifts in a row (for example 8pm–8.30am or 9pm–8am with a 1.5 hour break)

About the role:
Housing can be the thing that helps a young person breathe again — but only when it feels safe, understood and possible to manage. At Camden Young Person’s High Support Accommodation, this role will help turn the practical side of housing into something young people can learn from, build confidence in and use as a stepping stone towards independence.
As Young Person’s Worker — Housing Focus, you’ll support the smooth running of the accommodation while working directly with young people around the housing responsibilities linked to their stay. This will include move-ins, licence agreements, rent and service charge prompts, repairs, voids, occupancy records, building standards and housing-related actions. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager, colleagues, landlords, contractors and internal teams to help keep the service safe, organised and responsive.
This is still a relationship-based role at its heart. You’ll use trauma informed, psychologically informed and strengths-based approaches to help young people understand expectations, build routines, solve problems and prepare for move-on. At Single Homeless Project (SHP), you’ll also be part of a learning culture that values training, development and career growth — with opportunities to build your housing knowledge, deepen your practice and grow your confidence in young people’s services.

Education Workers are based at one of our IntoUniversity learning centres and work directly with young people, schools and families on a daily basis. It is therefore not a hybrid role and is based full-time in our centres.

We are looking for an experienced peer support worker to join our team as part of Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust HIV services in Hertfordshire. This is a new role based at clinic locations in Stevenage, Hatfield and Watford where the post holder will work as part of the clinic team to support people living with HIV.
The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to delivering peer support taking a hybrid approach working in-clinic and remotely at home. The role requires one evening session each week and the occasional weekend clinic as required.
