Treasures Foundation offers accommodation and outreach to vulnerable women who have backgrounds of addiction, trauma, mental health and the criminal justice system. We provide housing and support until women can make the transition into their own homes, with some long-arm support extending beyond this period.
The Area Manager will work alongside the COO and CEO to help develop and manage the existing service as well as a new detox provision. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Providing guidance to Specialist Support Manager, Project workers and Volunteers to support their professional development, ensuring that the service is run professionally, efficiently and effectively.
· Fostering a holistic approach to supporting staffs needs, through supervision and appraisals.
· Seeking and highlighting opportunities for change at project/ organisational level
· Creating and developing a group programme which meets the needs of the women and aims of the project, such as effective communication and conflict resolution
· Planning and managing the staff rota and Out of Hours emergency on call rota, required to meet the needs of the service
· Reviewing and auditing the service on a continual basis, ensuring that it meets both the needs of the residents and quality standards.

Job Title: Research Manager of Patient Programmes
Salary: £42,000-50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The role
We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join our friendly team. As Research Manager of Patient Programmes, you'll have a crucial role in advancing our mission. A central focus of this role is to develop and lead patient-centred educational programs, webinars, and content that ensure patients are well-informed, actively engaged, and empowered throughout their journey. You will also play a key role in strengthening the Foundation’s connection with patients and advocacy groups, ensuring their voices are meaningfully reflected in our research agenda and broader mission. A critical and growing area of work for the Foundation is the systematic gathering and use of patient insights and data. This role will help shape and deliver that work, ensuring that lived experience informs everything we do, from research to support initiatives.
You will also lead the project management of our scientific events from planning through to delivery, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging events that foster collaboration and advance knowledge in the field.
Key responsibilities
Strengthening patient engagement and education
- Education: Lead the delivery of impactful, patient-centred educational initiatives such as webinars, polls, and video content to inform and empower people living with FL, their families, and carers, and align with the Foundation’s mission to accelerate progress toward cure.
- Strategy Support: Support the Director of Patient and Clinical Research Programmes to develop and implement a long-term patient strategy that drives lasting impact and supports the Foundation’s mission to find a cure.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with FL patients, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to ensure patient perspectives shape our programmes and research priorities with a clear line of sight to cure.
- Insights: Lead the systematic collection and analysis of patient insights and data to inform Foundation strategy, research funding, programme design and acceleration to cure.
- Strengthen the Patient Voice and Community Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure the patient voice is heard and reflected in content, using accessible language and social media to drive engagement and connection across the FL community. Champion the integration of lived experience across the Foundation’s work, helping to ensure that real-world needs and voices are reflected in our outputs and outcomes.
- Impact Measurement and Evaluation: Support in the design and lead the delivery of impact measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of patient engagement, education initiatives, and programme outcomes.
Planning and management of scientific events
- Scientific Event Management: Lead the end-to-end project management of scientific events, conferences, and symposiums, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Patient Voice Integration: Ensure the patient voice is actively integrated into event planning and content, fostering meaningful collaboration between researchers, clinicians, and the patient community.
- Event Content Development and Impact Reporting: Coordinate development of workshop and conference materials, and support comprehensive outcome reporting to capture key insights and inform future initiatives.
Other duties

Who we are looking for
We are seeking an energetic and empathetic individual with a proven track record of working closely with patient communities, particularly within cancer or related health fields. Hours of work and holidays:

Amaze is a Sussex-based charity that supports families with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Amaze’s fundraising is growing. We used to fundraise mainly through trusts and foundations. We still receive a large portion of our income from statutory funders (such as councils and the NHS). As a key member of the Programme Department, the GMM oversees programme development and the ongoing management of the country grant portfolio, proposals and implementation are high-quality, evidence based and conducted in accordance with donor and DRC regulations. This includes overseeing timely reporting, overall accountability to donors and supporting the implementation of DRC’s localisation strategy. The position reports to the Head of Programme and collaborates closely with Support Services Managers, Technical Coordinators, the Senior Management Team and Area Offices on all grants-related matters, donor compliance, and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Programme Development and Fundraising
- Develop a Country Programme Funding strategy and updated donor mapping, keeping abreast of funding trends and donor strategies, paying special attention to diversifying the funding portfolio.
- Develop donor engagement strategies, working closely with the HoP, Programme team and with input from the area offices.
- Support the HoP in maintaining active and regular communication with donors, ensuring timely response to communications and coordinating with relevant country team members on high-quality feedback.
- Coordinate Go/No Go meetings for new funding opportunities.
- Lead the proposal development process -including budget development - engaging with Technical Coordinators, Area Offices and other relevant departments to ensure the development and submission of quality proposals.

Grants Management and Reporting

- Develop and maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of donor requirements and ensure that contractual obligations (including visibility requirements) and reporting deadlines are known and met by Programme, MEAL and Operations teams.
- Lead on contract amendments, including cost /no-cost extensions and project revisions, in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Actively participate in Global Grants Community Meetings to stay up-to-date with DRC Grants Management Best Practices as well as new regulations and requirements from donors.
People Management

Quest for Learning is an education charity on a mission to close the gap for primary school children in Oxfordshire who are falling behind - often due to complex and compounding disadvantage. Role Purpose

ABOUT THE ROLE
Variety is looking for a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to join the fundraising team as we are launching an exciting new multi-year partnership later this year. This role is a new position at the charity to support our ambitious growth to deliver award winning partnerships and raise money from corporate supporters, who are key to achieving our mission to fund life-changing practical support to disabled and disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
You will be joining the charity at an exciting time as we are launching a three-year strategy to drive growth with lots of new fundraising plans in place alongside a great team and a new Director of Fundraising. You will have a portfolio of large partnerships to manage, and with your experience you will support the delivery of the corporate new business strategy, ensuring we maximise leads from all of our high-profile events. You will play a key role in our collaborative and high-performing team and grow your own team as required to deliver the partnership strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
●Lead account management of corporate partnerships, delivering first class stewardship, increasing engagement and supporting delivery for maximum potential for Variety
●Develop business leads to populate the corporate pipeline working with the new business manager, Director of Fundraising and CEO, for coordinating new business approaches
●Manage the largest national partnerships at Variety with integrated comms plans, staff and customer engagement and impact reporting
●Keep account plans and Salesforce, fundraising, communications, finance and impact reporting up to date, ensuring we meet key deadlines
●Attend Variety fundraising and awareness events, maximizing engagement opportunities for corporate partners and building relationships with supporters, while working closely with the services and communications team
●Manage budgeting of income from partners and reforecasting income
●Collaborate with the programmes team to plan our corporate partners Sunshine Coach presentations, Great Days Out, and visits to partner schools
●Coordinate staff volunteering for corporate partners when available
●Represent Variety externally at events and cheque presentations
●Participate in staff meetings, fundraising team meetings and contribute to the success of Variety’s fundraising strategy
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Essential
•Five years’ experience working on a charity corporate partnerships team
•Experience managing five or six figure partnerships at a national level
