About the role
Over the last two consecutive financial years, we have raised approximately £1 million each year – primarily through trusts and foundations, corporate donors, and individual supporters. As the successful candidate, you and the team you lead will play a pivotal role in maintaining this level of fundraising success, ensuring our vital work with young people continues to flourish. This role will involve:
- Reviewing and evaluating our funder qualification processes to ensure donors align with our values and meet our ethical standards.
- Ensuring that detailed research on prospective funding opportunities, including trusts, foundations, corporate partners, HNWIs, are carried out and that plans for making approaches are developed and carefully implemented.
- Initiating, nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective funders and donors.
- Working together with the Senior Leadership to develop and periodically review Khulisa's 3-year fundraising strategy, taking ownership of key elements and processes, and periodically developing and testing new fundraising approaches.

The post holder will be required to work from home permanently but be willing and able to easily travel to various locations across the London and the North West as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the role and to engage with stakeholders and colleagues.
What we're looking for
Abilities/Experiences
- Extensive fundraising and grant management experience working on large bids (£100K plus).
- Excellent writing skills with ability to produce clear, concise and engaging reports.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and build relationships easily.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully raising funds from Trusts & Foundations, Corporates and Major Donors.

About the Role
As a Heartlands Fundraising Officer you will primarily be based at Heartlands Hospital in Birmingham, with occasional travel to other hospital sites and off site to attend meetings and events.

About the Role
As Fundraising and Relationship Manager, you’ll work within an ambitious team, securing sustainable income to ensure that the Youth Zone can deliver high-quality, safe and inclusive services for young people. This is a dynamic and rewarding role at the heart of the Fundraising and Communications team, helping to generate the income needed each year to keep the Youth Zone sustainable.

About You
You will need strong relationship building skills, with a proven track record of income generation. Being able to tell good stories around local case studies to build a picture of why a Youth Zone is needed in NEL, along with presentations skills and experience of working is a must.
You’ll bring excellent administrative skills to the role. The team work with a CRM system and require accurate preparation of proposals, gift agreements, and reports. Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities are essential. Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for our local area and for improving the quality of life of our members.
You will have experience of:
- Income generation through personally securing major donor gifts from high net worth individual (HNWIs) and/or corporates, to lower level community and corporate gifts with an impressive track record in securing significant funds and meeting challenging financial targets, including both new business and account management.
- Developing a new pipeline of HNWIs and/or corporate prospects and being pro-active in converting these to active donors.
- Supporting community-led fundraising and events, campaigns and appeals.
- Managing a fundraising pipeline or prospect list, from initial research through to proposal, sign up and stewardship, using a CRM system, such as Salesforce to track progress and outcomes.

Job Description
The Listening Place (TLP) is an award-winning charity providing face-to-face, compassionate and non-judgemental support for people who feel that life is no longer worth living. Since opening our first site in Pimlico in 2016, we have grown to four sites and our service is delivered by over 850 active volunteers.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dedicated team and play a vital role in helping TLP to grow and support more people struggling with suicidal feelings. You will manage two key growth areas in fundraising: community and corporate. By crafting exciting partnership proposals and delivering high-quality events, you will help TLP build on its fundraising success in these areas. You will use your relationship management skills to keep donors not just satisfied but motivated to support TLP.

Scope and purpose
The Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager will be the second most senior position in the fundraising team and will lead on the development of TLP’s community and corporate fundraising streams. Having seen significant growth over the past five years, from circa £50k per annum, to more than £400k, the post holder will oversee the continued development of these fundraising streams. The post holder will achieve a strong return on investment by proactively identifying new leads, effectively stewarding supporter relationships and providing an engaging and exciting ways for individuals to support The Listening Place. As a senior member of the fundraising team, the post holder will also build a successful, committed team, driving performance and contributing to the strategic direction of TLP’s fundraising function.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver the continued growth of corporate and community fundraising at TLP (combined £475k target in 2026/27) in line with investment in this area to help ease the pressure on major donor and trust fundraising.
- Generate new corporate and community fundraising leads by mapping TLP’s volunteer and supporter networks as well as exploring cold leads which align with TLP’s mission and vision.
- Develop engaging, inspiring materials to help secure new corporate leads including presentations, brochures and video.
- Represent TLP externally at corporate and community events, networking opportunities, and sector forums to raise awareness and build strategic partnerships.
- Deliver and oversee excellent stewardship with all corporate and community supporters, establishing effective, long-lasting relationships with supporters and stakeholders including a creative approach to thanking supporters.
- Develop materials and build a personal brand which inspires volunteers to participate in TLP events or to run their own fundraisers.
- Manage an exciting and engaging roster of annual events for volunteers and corporate fundraisers to participate in, including creating new events based on supporter data, as well as looking for ways to improve existing events and phasing out events where necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, using data and supporter feedback to refine strategies, improve engagement, and encourage growth.
- Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to forecast income in community and corporate fundraising as well as setting budgets that enable us to deliver on ambitious targets whilst still delivering a competitive return on investment.

The Relationship Fundraising team at Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK) is responsible for securing income from individuals, regional businesses and groups fundraising in the community, effectively managing relationships to maximise income.
The Relationship Fundraising role will play a significant part in contributing to a high-performing fundraising team. The role will cover the country of Northern Ireland.
You will report to the Relationship Fundraising Manager and support the Head of Relationship Fundraising & Volunteering to drive the continued growth of the charity’s fundraising income in your area. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy, finance, and reporting
· Responsibility for stewardship and relationship building with supporters within the region.

About The Job:
This is a vital role in delivering our fundraising strategy and goals. The role holder will be responsible for raising income from individuals and legacies and increasing the volume and value of our supporter relationships, engaging new audiences and driving sustainable income growth. Main Areas Of Responsibility:
Income Generation
· Lead on raising income to an agreed target, through acquisition, development and retention of individuals and legacy pledgers, as agreed with the Head of Fundraising and Communications.
Strategy
· Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to build and deliver a highly effective, sustainable, audience-centred public fundraising and supporter experience plan.
· Engage in market and supporter insight to inform decision-making and development of new activity/products.
· Develop a good understanding of our supporter base, their motivations and behaviours. Use our CRM database (Raisers’ Edge NXT) and data analysis and insights to inform the development of new fundraising campaigns and products.
· Take the lead role in the development of effective supporter journeys, working with the Community Fundraising Team to convert community fundraisers and events participants into regular donors.
· Lead the design and delivery of individual giving campaigns (including the Christmas campaign), using direct mail, digital marketing and advertisements to drive supporter acquisition and retention.
· Develop and design our legacy programme, working with Farewill and local law firms to encourage supporters to include Homeless Oxfordshire in their will.
· Work with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to develop and deliver a mid-level giving programme, driving the major donor pipeline and effectively stewarding donors giving at the £300-£1,000 level.
Operational Delivery
· Be responsible for the setting and managing of budgets, targets and KPIs. Report on progress, trends and take action when required. Analyse results and evaluate activity to inform future plans.
· Act as the lead-user for Raisers’ Edge, supervise the Data Administrator to ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation, and support the team with reporting and data analysis.
· Work collaboratively to ensure that all income generation activity is integrated and opportunities for cross-team working are maximised.
· Develop processes that enhance the team’s capacity, efficiency, and ensure effective fundraising.
· Manage external partners and agencies involved in fundraising delivery, ensuring due diligence, high quality and effectiveness.
