Lead Generation - Trusts and Foundations

Job Title: Strategic Legal Projects Manager

About the Role
This is a new role which will be pivotal to the work of the Strategic Legal Projects Team. The post-holder will work with the Director of Strategic Litigation and Advice to coordinate the delivery of the Strategic Legal Fund (SLF). This is an innovative programme of grant funding, supporting strategic legal work that benefits people who are disadvantaged or discriminated against because of their immigration status. We define strategic litigation as work where the impact goes beyond an individual case and results in changes to law, policy and practice that will benefit a wider group of people. The fund supports pre-litigation research, and third-party interventions in cases before the courts, as well as advocacy related to the legal activities undertaken. Grants can be awarded to non-governmental organisations and law firms.
The post provides an opportunity to contribute strategically to supporting the legal sector working on migrants’ rights in the UK. You will gain experience of all aspects of the grant-making process in the intersection of legal and policy work on issues facing people seeking asylum, migrants and refugees in the UK today.
The ideal candidate may be someone wishing to develop a career in philanthropic work in this area or build relationships with esteemed human rights lawyers and social justice organisations. Whatever their interest, they will bring to the work a flair for organising, project management to include building relationships and supporting joint working and the vision to see the separate grants as part of a coherent whole.

International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is a Christian health and development charity. Since 1952 they have had a huge impact serving the most disadvantaged people and communities in Nepal.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to work closely with Finance Manager to develop and maintain the Foundation’s systems and processes to become more efficient and effective.
It is a varied role, with previous finance administration experience and an aptitude for providing exceptional support being essential to the role. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a good approach to problem solving and is looking to broaden their administrative experience.

Projects & Business Improvement Manager

Location – Hybrid working split between the Foundation’s office in London and home.

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced project and business improvement professional with a proven ability to lead complex projects, engage stakeholders and successfully deliver organisational change.
You will have strong project management, analytical and influencing skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities, develop robust business cases and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to senior decision-makers.
Working across a varied portfolio of initiatives, you will apply sound judgement and a pragmatic approach to provide the right level of challenge, coordination and project leadership. You will be adaptable, proactive and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment. A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or APM PMQ, is desirable but not essential.

What can we offer you?
The salary for this role is £52,000 - £58,000 per annum dependant on relevant skills and experience.
You will initially be entitled to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. The Foundation also offer a generous pension scheme (8% employer contribution), free healthcare provision, a monthly gym subsidy, death in service benefit free match tickets and access to selected events at Wembley.

Job Description
As Senior Bids and Proposals Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for securing public sector contracts and grant funding that enable Catch22 to deliver life-changing services. Your leadership will help retain vital services, win new opportunities, and drive sustainable growth and social impact.
As part of the Business Development leadership team, you will inspire excellence across our bidding function, building capability, driving continuous improvement, and supporting your team to develop winning bids and proposals that deliver Catch22's mission.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Overseeing Catch22's bidding function, securing public sector contracts and grant funding that sustain and grow our services.
· Leading and developing Bid & Proposal Managers, driving excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
· Managing bid resourcing, ensuring the right opportunities receive the right support at the right time.
· Embedding robust quality, compliance and governance across all bids and proposals.
· Providing commercial oversight of bids, ensuring competitive pricing, sound financial models and effective risk management.
· Acting as Bid Director on key strategic opportunities, shaping winning approaches and securing successful outcomes.
· Driving team performance against quality and growth targets, using insight and learning to continuously improve results.
· Owning and improve bid processes, tools and use of technology to increase efficiency, consistency and effectiveness.
· Building strong internal relationships and support development of external partnerships that strengthen our bids and market position.
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced team leader who combines high expectations with a supportive, inclusive culture where people can thrive. You will bring:
· Recent experience managing a team within a business development or income generation environment.
· At least three years' end-to-end bid management experience, with a track record securing large-scale (>£1-million) public sector contracts and grant funding.
· Strong understanding of public sector procurement, commissioning processes and the grant funding landscape.
· Strong commercial acumen, with experience in service design, financial and volumes modelling, and translating operational expertise into competitive, deliverable solutions.
· Strong project management skills, supported by a degree or project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2), or equivalent professional experience.
· Strong bid governance and quality assurance experience, with the ability to develop, review and improve high-scoring responses against specifications and evaluation criteria.
· Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including securing internal senior buy-in and developing external partnerships that strengthen bid outcomes.
· Knowledge of one or more of Catch22's core service areas.
· Willingness to travel UK-wide, as required.

· Strong understanding of public sector commissioning, procurement and grant funding, including local government, integrated care systems and the evolving devolution landscape.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence diverse audiences and translate complex information into clear, compelling messages.
· Experience of stakeholder mapping, engagement planning and measuring relationship effectiveness.
· Digitally confident and data-driven, with experience using CRM systems and market intelligence tools to inform decision-making.
