Job description

What a time to join Team Boobs! This mat cover role, at this time in history, is a fantastic opportunity for someone to help CoppaFeel! emerge from some strange times and look forward to making our income as sustainable as possible and back up to what it needs to be, to get the UK boob checking again.

This role is required to oversee CoppaFeel!’s fundraising strategy, ensure targets are planned and met, ensure reforecasting is accurate and to contribute significantly to the leadership of the organisation as a member of the Senior Management Team. Let’s face it, in current times, that’s going to take some innovation, initiative and tenacity. The right candidate will continually develop and implement both a sustainable fundraising approach and a reactive approach (we are after all, living through a global pandemic) to securing funding to allow us to deliver our charitable objectives as best we can right now.

Whilst covering the maternity leave, you will also be identifying areas of potential focus, opportunities to improve, and throughout the contract, using your unique and differing expertise to add huge value to CoppaFeel! and the team at a real time of need and opportunity. We believe that there really are opportunities for innovation and new income in areas of fundraising we haven’t historically focussed on.
