The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) keeps the global Movement thriving, united and growing. This role operates within the context of a volunteer-led global charitable organisation with 153 Member Organisations.
Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across social media, website, Campfire (internal platform), and other digital platforms, and for Member Organisations while ensuring alignment with WAGGGS’ brand identity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage last-minute requests, and is adept at turning ideas into high-quality designs.
About You:
You are a creative, detail-oriented Multimedia Designer with 3–5 years of experience, who enjoys turning ideas into strong visual stories that work across platforms and audiences. You’re confident working across digital, social, video, and print, and you are comfortable switching between formats — from social media visuals and short-form videos to templates, presentations, and campaign assets.
You care deeply about how girls and young women are represented, and you bring a thoughtful, ethical, and inclusive lens to your work. You understand that designing for a global organisation means considering culture, language, accessibility, and context, and you enjoy collaborating with others to get this right.
You’re confident using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro and After Effects) or similar platforms like Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and you’re excited about using design to support a movement that empowers girls and young women around the world.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to guide a purposeful organisation through its next chapter.
Location: Fully remote within the UK with occasional national travel
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000
Contract: Full time, permanent
