As Standards Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role within our Growth & Product Team, delivering the certification process to aspiring B Corps.
· Ensure that our standards programmes and products are informed by up-to-date standards knowledge and supported by excellent knowledge management.
· Serve as an expert on corporate sustainability and impact management policies/regulations and standards.
· Provide clear and credible expertise on B Lab’s standards, including upskilling and training for internal and external stakeholders to inform and influence the work of B Lab UK.

About the Role
As Director of People & Culture, you will lead the full breadth of the People & Culture portfolio, including workforce planning, global employee relations and compliance, payroll, pensions, benefits, recruitment, learning and development, policy development, and diversity, equity & inclusion.

We’re looking for a Statutory Fundraising Manager to lead and grow our statutory income at a pivotal time for Sense. Statutory fundraising is a key growth area, and this role will shape our approach to securing funding from government bodies, lottery funders and public sector partners.
Working closely with the Head of High Value Relationships, the CEO, and senior colleagues across operations and finance, you’ll develop and deliver a clear statutory fundraising strategy. - Proven success securing income from statutory and lottery funders, including six-figure grants (seven-figure desirable).

Purpose of the Job:
The Corporate Partnerships Manager (New Business) drives income growth by securing high-value, multi-year corporate partnerships. With new business separated from account management, and as The Felix Project moves through its merger with FareShare to form a larger national food redistribution network, the role requires a strategic, results-driven specialist who can build a robust pipeline, develop compelling propositions and convert interest into significant private-sector income. The role leads prospect research, pitch development, early-stage cultivation, income forecasting and CRM accuracy, and ensures a smooth transition of secured partners into account management. The role also works with senior leaders, including the CEO and Trustees, to unlock major opportunities linked to the merger and the organisation’s expanding national profile.
Additionally, the post-holder will build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation, engaging with key internal stakeholders such as the CEO and Trustees to identify and cultivate funding opportunities. The role may require evening and weekend work to attend networking or corporate partner event and to support fundraising events.

- Utilise Re-engage's CRM (OPUS) to inform evidence-based, data-driven decision-making to develop effective engagement plans.

- Collaborating with the communications team ensuring the widest possible publicity for the region’s needs through media and social media opportunities, local press, radio, TV, and online forums.

Job summary
Reporting to the head of growth and sitting within the engagement team you will:
- recruit volunteers by promoting Re-engage’s services,
