As the dedicated Account Manager, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of government and intergovernmental clients. You’ll act as the primary liaison post-sale, owning renewals, client engagement, procurement navigation, and usage optimisation. You’ll support the full lifecycle of account management, from contract renewal and compliance to upselling and client success. The portfolio includes a mix of active and developing accounts, offering plenty of scope to deepen relationships, increase engagement, and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in public sector licensing, data services, or subscription-based partnerships.
As Account Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of public sector accounts, including government bodies and multilateral institutions
- Lead renewals, procurement coordination, and contract amendments with precision and confidence
- Identify opportunities for account growth and present tailored solutions to increase value
- Deliver training and guidance to help clients fully utilise the organisation’s tools and services
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs
- Re-establish contact with lapsed accounts and improve overall relationship depth

- You already work within an within an international development charity/NGO and have extensive experience in account management or revenue partnerships, especially with public sector clients
- You have thorough knowledge of government procurement, compliance, and budgeting cycles
- You are able to evidence success in managing large or complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
- You have experience in data, SaaS, or service-based nonprofits—particularly those selling tools or licenses
- You bring a track record of excellent relationship-building, including with previously disengaged or complex accounts
- You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, remote environment
- You are confident communicating value and renewal strategy to senior client contacts
- You are proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce

Role Overview:
The Muslim Hands Fundraising team is looking for a Creative and Brand Manager. This is a 12-month-opportunity to help shape the visual identity of Muslim Hands and deliver campaigns end-to-end, including the 2026 Ramadan campaign. The role would suit an all-rounder who embraces a multi-disciplinary challenge. You will be leading a small team of Creatives who work closely with the marketing and web team and also get involved in other design projects briefed by other stakeholders in the organisation. Role Overview:
The Senior Designer will help us deliver creative content which encourages our audiences to take action with us. Working across printed assets (such as mailers and brochures) to video (for feedback emails or social media ads) to digital ads (paid social, display etc.), you will have an array of creative skills and won’t be afraid to think outside the box to deliver content which inspires.
Working at a senior level, you will be comfortable managing your briefs and projects, working to deadlines and communicating clearly with stakeholders across the organisation. You will act as a guardian of our brand, delivering creative which meets brand guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
· Produce effective creative assets which inspire our audiences to take action with MH. These assets could be across the following mediums, but not limited to:
o Digital static banners/ads
o Video including reels
o Gifs
o HTML5
o Printed collateral such as brochures or mailers
· Confident working across the full adobe suite, as well as Figma with a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
