We’re looking for an Individual Giving Coordinator, who will play a critical part in coordinating activity and supporting leadership across our Individual Giving directorate, which includes various fundraising teams.

What does this role do?
As Individual Giving Coordinator, you’ll:

• work closely with Heads of department across Individual Giving, regularly updating to key project plans and owning the administration of the full fundraising plan for the directorate,

Job Purpose:

1. To lead the development and delivery of WIP’s housing programme in South London and Manchester, ensuring high quality, trauma responsive services.

Working location: mostly remote work with some travel required. Based in Surrey or Hampshire you will deliver a face-to-face service to clients in their own home or safe meeting place across the Surrey and Hampshire area as well as providing support by Teams, phone, email or other means to suit the service user. We take a person-centred approach so the amount of travel will vary depending on your caseload at the time. You’re in control of your own diary.

As a Caseworker, you will provide trauma-informed care to individuals and families suffering from the sudden bereavement or life-altering injury of a loved one. Working mostly remotely, with some home visits to service users, you’ll offer vital emotional and practical support—including helping them access therapeutic resources, financial assistance, and guidance through the complexities of medical and legal processes.

The successful candidate will design and deliver a roadmap to integrate CLPE's digital platforms with those of the National Literacy Trust, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption. This is a project management role, with a requirement to not simply propose and advise on steps, but to get under the skin, and unpick aspects, step by step

Responsibilities:

* Reviewing CLPE's current systems and mapping dependencies
* Planning and managing data migration across finance, CRM, email marketing, and web transactions
* Working with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver cost-effective solutions
* Ensuring the results support excellent reporting and a great user experience

The priority will be migrating the finance system in time for the new financial year (1st April).

Current Systems in place include Xero, Drupal, Dot Digital, Wagtail, Stripe, Business Central. Salesforce (Essential) - so experience of all or some of these will be an advantage. A working knowledge of Salesforce is essential.

Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with their client on a fantastic Partnerships Manager role. This pivotal position involves developing and managing strategic partnerships to generate significant income and extend the organisation’s impact across various sectors in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of mid (£25k+) and high (£50k+) value partnership accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Lead delivery of flagship and ultra-high value partnerships, overseeing specific projects and income streams.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new partnership opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.
• Develop tailored proposals, negotiate agreements, and onboard new partners in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.
• Cultivate long-term relationships through effective stewardship and ongoing engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams including fundraising, marketing, programmes, and policy to align partnership objectives and optimise outcomes.
• Track and forecast partnership income and expenditure, managing budgets proactively.
• Stay informed on sector trends and insights, sharing relevant findings to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners to contribute to growth and diversification of income.
• Represent the organisation confidently at events and meetings, promoting its mission and partnership success stories.

Person Specification:

• Demonstrable experience working with charity partners across a range of sectors, generating £50k+ in funding.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value partnerships with excellent relationship management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Ability to independently manage workload and stakeholder relationships to achieve results.
• Strategic thinker who can develop impactful proposals and negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of budgeting, income tracking, and forecasting processes.

• Willingness to travel and work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Senior Digital Engagement Manager

Contract type: Permanent – Full time, 35 hours per week

Location: London, UK
UK hybrid working – a minimum of 40 % of working time is spent face-to-face (London office, external meetings or travel). 60/40 hybrid working at WaterAid means roughly three days wherever you work best and two days together in person.

Salary: £48,867 to £51,439 per year with excellent benefits.

About the team

The Digital Content and Experience team manages our online platforms and content, delivering best-in-sector digital experiences designed to increase brand awareness, brand love and income.

About the role

As our Senior Digital Engagement Manager, you will champion strategic social media, digital campaigns and experiences, working closely with communications, fundraising and campaigning teams to drive sustainable change.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver and continually optimise organic social media strategy.
• Line manage the Social Media Manager.
• Lead on the expansion of the digital channel mix in key growth areas.
• Refine and continually optimise WaterAid’s approach to social video.
• Lead on delivering priority digital engagement projects.
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

To be successful, you will need:

• Experience in strategic planning/development and digital channel management.
• Extensive experience in and knowledge of digital marketing and social media – spanning earned, owned, shared and paid.
• Line management experience, the ability to lead and motivate others, and drive change.
• A strong understanding of the digital landscape and ability to respond creatively to emerging trends and technology.

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Experience of creating content for and strategically growing YouTube channels.
• A solid understanding of SEO techniques, user experience, testing and conversion optimisation.
• Experience of working with content management systems.
