We’re looking for a Head of Supporter Development to oversee our supporter communications journey, collaborating with various teams to ensure our supporters receive the best care and attention.

What does this role do?
As Head of Supporter Development, you will:

• Lead and transform how we engage with supporters, embedding a cultural shift and supporting teams to deliver on strategic objectives,
• Implement the supporter engagement strategy, including producing annual plans and a programme for regularly monitoring and evaluation activity, continuously improving the approach to enhance outcomes,
• Ensure all fundraising activities and products are audience led, using audience insight to inform decision making and ensuring high standards are upheld,
• Develop and manage budgets for supporter engagement activity.

This role is a fixed term, family leave cover contract until March 2027. Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 1st June 2026, and will take place on Teams.

We are seeking a fantastic corporate partnerships manager to join our Income Generation team. This is a key role for the organisation, proactively leading on new business; delivering mid and high-value partnerships and maintaining a healthy and active pipeline of new prospects to support the long-term sustainability of our work. The successful candidate will develop compelling proposals and pitches to build new relationships and provide excellent stewardship for existing corporate partners. · quickly learn and be able to articulate well our campaigns and victim service and their evidence base, our funding need, and the actions that corporates can and should take to prioritise safe and green use of roads, through funding us and supporting our campaigns

· find and unlock access to senior leads within companies not already working with us (e.g., public affairs, communications and corporate social relationship teams) as well as taking up the reins of stewarding relationships with some of the companies already working with us

· listen and understand corporates’ priorities, understanding their budgets, potential to fundraise within their teams and networks, and their safety, sustainability, policy and pr priorities; and articulate what Brake does and our need for help

· forge, together, actionable joint plans that generate funds for Brake from a company, directly or through their supply chain / customers. You will achieve six figure funding targets, by generating five figure funds from new and existing partners

· Work alongside team members in public affairs, PR, and public engagement to understand our programmes of work in campaigns and seek the engagement of new and existing corporate supporters in those programmes, for example through participation and sponsorship

· Be responsible for developing your own pipeline of leads and accurately forecasting income you will fundraise from this pipeline and listing partnership activities that will be delivered

· Operate within Brake’s Ethical Partnership Policy and other policies, which enables us to sustain our charity values and work alongside corporations safely.

Join our Wandsworth accommodation service as a Day Concierge and be right at the centre of the day-to-day running of the building. This is hands-on, front-of-house work where you’ll be the first face people see and the steady presence that keeps things running smoothly. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the effective management of our resources. This role is central to maintaining our financial health and supporting our strategic goals. You will ensure all financial processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient. You will work closely with our Director to ensure all financial processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient. 

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE: 

Invoicing and Payments 

Cash and Monitoring 

• Update monthly actuals and track variances within the cashflow. 
• Support project teams with maintaining and reporting on budgets in line with funder requirements.
• Contribute to the development of budgets for fundraising proposals.

Bookkeeping 

• Carry out weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries in QuickBooks and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Oversee Gift Aid claims and processes.

Independent Examination, Annual Report and Accounts 

• Prepared and organised all documentation for the Independent Examination, ensuring compliance with statutory and Charity Commission requirements.

 Purpose:  The Peer Support Officer role will work within Bipolar UK’s Peer Support Line team to support our community through telephone and email support across the UK.

The successful applicant will also manage service reports in Salesforce, report back regularly to the management team, as well as developing links with other mental health services or appropriate agencies.

Though Bipolar UK does not offer Crisis Support, the successful applicant may have to direct members of our community experiencing a crisis to relevant services and will also be responsible for recognising and reporting Safeguarding incidents within the bounds of Bipolar UK’s Safeguarding Policies.

The position requires good personal interaction and the ability to empathise with service users while remaining calm and considered in sometimes difficult situations.  This is a varied and hands on role and we are looking for someone with good communication (verbal and written) along with good organisational skills. Bipolar UK will offer the successful applicant regular support and engagement with the team, as well as reflective practice sessions throughout their service with the charity.

The Peer Support Officer reports to the Services Manager who manages this service. This will be a home-based role with occasional travel, such as team days/meetings/training.

Training Delivery

• Lead engaging, evidence‑informed bipolar awareness sessions for a wide range of audiences, delivered both online and in person.
• Deliver self‑management and psychoeducation workshops that support people affected by bipolar to live well and build confidence.
• Adapt delivery styles to meet different learning needs, levels of knowledge and lived experiences.

Content Development

• Develop, adapt and update training materials that are inclusive, accessible, trauma‑informed and culturally sensitive.
• Tailor content for different professional contexts and learning environments.
• Ensure language and materials reflect best practice in equity, diversity, inclusion and rights‑based approaches.
• Contribute to the development of training content suitable for future accreditation, including our psychoeducation programmes.

Engagement & Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with Bipolar UK staff and volunteers across the organisation.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Support wider organisational work to raise awareness, reduce stigma and promote understanding of bipolar.

• Represent Bipolar UK professionally and in line with our values, policies and safeguarding standards.
• Maintain clear professional boundaries, particularly when working in peer‑informed or lived‑experience‑led environments.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings and training to support high‑quality, reflective practice.

Person Specification

Essential

You can demonstrate:

• Significant experience delivering training, or group learning, with the ability to adapt style for different audiences.
• Confidence delivering sessions digitally, a longer-term development may include in-person, (flexibility around reasonable adjustments will be made).
• Strong awareness of mental health conditions and their impact, including bipolar disorder.
• Experience delivering self‑management, psychoeducation or wellbeing‑focused programmes.
• Have a clear understanding of equity, diversity and inclusion in learning environments.
• Ability to create and adapt accessible, inclusive training materials.
• Experience training professionals at varying levels of seniority.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery, attendance and outcomes
• Gather participant feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of course materials and delivery methods
• Maintain excellent records throughout course delivery, whilst ensuring feedback and course evaluations are completed and developed.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software as required.
• Understanding/adherence to confidentiality/GDPR and also safeguarding policies and willing to undertake training as role requires.
• Co-ordinate promotion, scheduling, delivery and follow-up working close with colleagues in Services, Fundraising and Comms.
• Work with colleagues in Fundraising to further develop the Workplace Friendly Scheme

 Desirable

• In‑depth understanding of bipolar disorder and its personal, social and economic impact.
• Experience working in the voluntary or non‑profit sector.

Practical Information

• This role involves online delivery and some travel
• Evening or weekend delivery will be required for some courses and/or workshops.

At Endometriosis UK, we are passionate about driving political change for the 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth living with endometriosis in the UK. This role will play an instrumental role in supporting the campaigns and policy function within the wider Communications Team.

This will be a busy, varied and important role working closely with the Policy and Campaigns Manager and Head of Campaigns and Communications to provide administration and wider support for the charity’s growing policy and campaigns function. This will include contributing to the production of government consultation responses, writing letters to politicians, producing background briefings ahead of parliamentary meetings and taking responsibility for political monitoring and informing the team of any engagement opportunities. A key part of the role will also be providing administration support for the policy function of the charity and the Head of Communications and Campaigns, including administrative support for the All-Party-Parliamentary Group on Endometriosis which Endometriosis UK provides secretariat support for. Tasks will include writing minutes, helping produce briefing papers, and booking events and meeting rooms.

You will also be the first point of call for our campaign supporters and will be aiding our supporters to take campaign actions through the drafting and creation of e-actions using Engaging Networks. You will be an exciting opportunity to help build our campaigning work and work towards the goals of our new 2025 organisational strategy.

About the organisation

nia has been delivering services to women, girls and children who have been subjected to sexual and domestic violence and abuse, including prostitution, since 1975. The organisation has three main aims: to provide services for women, girls and children who have experienced men’s violence; contributing to ending male violence against women and girls, and to inform and influence policy and public awareness.

East London Rape Crisis provides free, confidential specialist support for women and girls who have been raped or experienced any other form of sexual violence or abuse at any time in their lives, regardless of whether or not they have reported to the police. We offer confidential and independent support.  Services include Advocacy, emotional and practical support, one-to-one counselling and group work.

Hours: 35 hours per week (including up to one evening a week and occasional Saturday mornings)

Salary: £29,000- £32,000 (dependent on qualification & experience)

About the role

In the role of Young Women and Girls ISVA you will hold a caseload of young women and girls aged 11-17 years old, who have been subjected to sexual violence. You will support those whose choose to report through the criminal justice process. In addition, the role involves providing broader support to young women and girls to address the multiple impacts of sexual violence. This post involves travel across East London, and a hybrid model of home and office working.

Key Responsibilities

Casework

• Manage applications from initial assessment through to committee review
• Liaise with beneficiaries and maintain accurate, confidential records
• Prepare agendas and take minutes for committee meetings

Finance

• Administer grants within agreed limits
• Arrange payments to beneficiaries and service providers
• Support audit processes

Grants Management System

• Maintain and update the grants database (Benefactor)
• Produce reports and review system content as required

Administration & Resources

• Update and maintain internal resources, including application forms, guidance, and standard communications
• Support website content updates
• Maintain standard operating procedures
• Provide general office administration support

Additional Duties

• Attend and support the AGM and other organisational meetings
• Represent the charity externally when required
• Support the CEO with fundraising strategy and policy development
• Undertake other duties as required in a small team environment

About You

You will be:

• Educated to degree level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experienced in working with databases and updating websites
• Familiar with fundraising applications and/or the charity sector (ideally benevolent funds or welfare services)
• Knowledgeable about the UK statutory benefits system
• Familiar with accounting software such as Xero or Dext (desirable)
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a small team
