About the role

The Legacy Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the legacy marketing programme, including strategy implementation, campaign execution, budget management and performance against KPIs. You will deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that help reach new audiences, as well as unlocking the great potential we have within our committed supporter base. You'll be skilled in delivering activity that acquires, converts, stewards and retains legacy supporters to ensure sustainable future income growth. You''ll have expertise in driving legacy consideration, growing supporter value, and growing and strengthening the legacy pipeline to achieve our targets.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, the Legacy Relationship Manager, and with colleagues across the organisation, you will be accountable for achieving agreed acquisition, conversion, engagement and future income objectives for the legacy marketing programme. You will lead, manage and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, supporter journeys and supporter stewardship across paid media, direct mail, email, telemarketing and events. You'll be data-driven and supporter-led, ensuring all activity contributes to a best-in-class supporter experience that builds lifetime value.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and be accountable for the delivery of multi-channel legacy marketing plans, achieving ambitious KPIs across consideration, conversion, retention and income. Use the most effective channel mix to ensure we target the right individuals with the right message at the right time.
• Work as part of a high-performing marketing team, delivering insight-led, data-driven campaigns and supporter experiences that respond to our audiences' needs and motivations, build trusted long-term relationships, and increase lifetime value.
• Lead and manage the planning, delivery and evaluation of legacy marketing and stewardship activity, including budgets, timelines, stakeholder management, creative development and performance reporting.
• Deliver and manage a programme of paid acquisition campaigns, across digital, press and audio, and support plans to diversify our marketing channel mix, optimising for ROI, CPA and CPC metrics.
• Deliver legacy marketing campaigns and supporter journeys across direct mail, email and telemarketing, ensuring a seamless supporter experience and achieving conversion and retention objectives.
• Deliver and manage a best-in-class legacy supporter experience, ensuring alignment across all supporter touchpoints, to deepen engagement, drive pipeline conversion and increase supporter lifetime value.
• Develop compelling fundraising content and creative that deepens engagement and inspires action across every stage of the marketing funnel.
• Manage content plans and develop marketing assets that inspire engagement and action.
• Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and audience growth.
• Analyse marketing performance and ensure data and insight play a pivotal role in decision-making, embedding a test-and-learn approach to optimise campaigns and ensuring learnings are shared and implemented across Public Income and Engagement.
• Work with Senior Marketing Manager to manage budgets, e.g. supporting expenditure and ROI planning, reporting and re-forecasting.
• Forge excellent relationships with key stakeholders across internal teams, including Marketing, Philanthropy, Community Fundraising, Volunteering, Retail and Supporter Care, championing legacy giving across the organisation and seeking integrated fundraising opportunities.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with a range of key external partners, including marketing agencies, production companies and fulfilment agencies, and motivate and inspire these partners to deliver their best for Save the Children.

 About you

To be successful, it is important that you have/are:

• Proven experience delivering legacy and/or fundraising programmes, with a track record of growing legacy pipelines, increasing conversion and maximising supporter lifetime value.
• Strong retention marketing experience, including developing multi-channel campaigns, audience planning and supporter stewardship strategies.
• Experience designing and optimising supporter journeys that enhance the supporter experience, deepen engagement and drive action.
• Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, telemarketing, SMS and digital channels, including paid search, paid social, audio, print, press and DRTV.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insight to evaluate performance, optimise campaigns and inform decision-making.

• Support individuals through the transition into adult integrated services

• Support individuals through the transition in to paid employment and/or relevant training, education or occupation/diversionary activities that can best support there ongoing needs

• Deliver a range of treatment interventions to the clients utilising a child and young person centric approach guided by the 10 key policy principles of working with children and young people.  This may include both individual and group based client work.

We’re looking for a dedicated Young Person’s & Adults Recovery Transitions Worker to join our Newham Service. This role sits within our Young Persons team and focuses on supporting individuals aged up to 25 as they transition into adult services.

You will provide assessment, advice, care-planned treatment, and ongoing support to young people experiencing serious or complex substance-related issues. A key element of the role is coordinating transitions, both into adult treatment pathways and into meaningful education, employment, or training opportunities.

Importantly, this role will also support individuals who require help around ketamine use, offering tailored harm reduction advice, early intervention, and recovery-focused support as part of their care plan.

The Listening Place (TLP) is an award-winning charity providing face-to-face, compassionate and non-judgemental support for people who feel that life is no longer worth living.  Since opening our first site in Pimlico in 2016, we have grown to four sites and our service is delivered by over 900 active volunteers.

Sessional play workers deliver high-quality safe fun activities that include a combination of enrichment activities, physical games and sports and nutritional education to children up to the age of 14.

About the Role

As a Children Sessional Play Worker, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of a variety of sessions and activities for children and young people at the refuge. This includes listening to children’s ideas to design services around their needs, choices, and aspirations. You will support and involve children in activities which are playful, stimulating, and enjoyable.

You will work alongside the Family Support Worker, encouraging all children to take part and have as much fun as possible whilst helping to develop children's learning, well-being, and social skills.

About You

You will have experience of working with children and you are passionate about play as well as dedicated to providing a welcoming and safe space for all children - supervising the children and ensuring their safety at all times.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on children as well as practical experience of working with children and within a team. You will also need to demonstrate a proven ability to work on your own initiative and under supervision. A minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in child-care /play/ youthwork /sports/coaching or creative arts is desirable. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment.

Additional Information

The role is centred around coordinating high-quality activities for children. Given the nature of this role, we are unable to offer hybrid working for this position.

This is a part time post at 16 hours per week and a fixed term contract to 31st March 2027.

The Lord’s Taverners exists to positively impact the lives of young people facing the challenges of inequality. Through inclusive and transformative cricket programmes, we empower young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged communities across the UK and beyond.

We are now seeking a senior professional, with significant knowledge and expertise as an Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant to join our organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial key role supporting the chair of the board and their fellow trustees, as well as the CEO and the senior and middle leadership teams with a range of professional support functions that includes communications, diary management as well as meeting organisation, administration and management. You will be expected to lead wihout close supervision whilst you undertake key roles that will ensure the leadership and governance of the charity functions highly. You will need to be a confident at complex management in a fast paced environment, a proactive and very highly organised member of the team, capable of managing your own working pattern, stewarding and organising multiple stakeholders and are able to work very flexibility with wide ranging and varied work pattern.  

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 FTE (pro‑rata £22,800 – £25,200 for 21 hours per week)

Contract: 21hrs per week Part Time, Permanent, 3 days per week.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of Lord’s Taverners, providing essential support to the CEO, Trustee Board, and Leadership Teams. You will coordinate Board, Committee and leadership meetings, prepare agendas and papers, manage actions and governance records, and ensure the smooth running of key governance processes.

You will also provide high-level executive support to the CEO, managing diaries, travel, correspondence and briefing materials, while acting as a trusted point of contact for Trustees, senior leaders and external stakeholders.

Alongside this, you will help coordinate our head office operations and support strategic projects, contributing to an efficient, well-connected and high-performing organisation.

First Stage (Online)

Second Stage (In Person)

The second stage will be a 60-minute, in-person assessment and interview at our London office. During this stage, you will complete a practical activity and discuss your approach, thinking, and decisions with the interview panel. This assessment is designed to explore your prioritisation and judgement, organisation and planning skills, and written communication. We will also ask questions to understand how you approach challenges, make decisions, and work collaboratively with others.

Third Stage (Online)

The third stage will be a 45-minute online conversation with members of our Trustee Board.

This stage is less formal and provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. We will explore your motivations, values, and working style, as well as what you are looking for in your next role. It is also a chance for you to learn more about our organisation, our Trustees, and the culture and values that guide our work.

About The Role

The Food Bank Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of Southwark Foodbank, ensuring people experiencing financial hardship can access emergency food with dignity, compassion and respect.

The postholder will coordinate Foodbank sessions, support volunteers, maintain effective operational systems and build positive relationships with clients, referral agencies and community partners. Working closely with the Manager: Financial Resilience & Food Security, they will ensure the Foodbank operates safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Main Responsibilities:

• Foodbank Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Southwark Foodbank sessions, ensuring they are well organised, welcoming and responsive to local needs. Prepare Foodbank sessions by ensuring food, equipment, resources and information are available where required. 

• Volunteer Coordination: Coordinate and support volunteers during Foodbank sessions, ensuring they feel confident, informed and valued. Act as a first point of contact for volunteer enquiries and support volunteer induction and ongoing engagement.

• Client Support & Community Engagement: Provide a welcoming, inclusive and compassionate environment for everyone accessing the Foodbank. Respond to enquiries from clients, referral agencies, supporters and community organisations in a professional and timely manner. 

• Administration, Compliance & Quality: Maintain accurate client, volunteer and service records using organisational databases and systems. Support monitoring, reporting and data collection to demonstrate service performance and impact.

• Cross-Service Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across Pecan's Food Security services to ensure joined-up support for residents. Provide operational support to Peckham Pantry and other food resilience initiatives during periods of increased demand, staff absence or changing organisational priorities.

You'll help collect and deliver food across Southwark, load and unload donations, support warehouse operations and help ensure our Foodbank and Pantry services have everything they need to support local people. You'll drive the organisation’s van safely and reliably, following all road safety and vehicle procedures.

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Other information

The role will involve regular travel across England, Scotland and Wales to raise the organisation’s profile and engage with members, partners and key stakeholders.

There is flexibility on your location given the requirement to travel and that your office will be home-based. You will need to travel to in-person quarterly team meetings (usually in London or the north of England) and to Board meetings which alternate between online and London.

It is expected that travel will be by public transport and easy access to the rail network is therefore required to ensure journeys can be made sustainably. 

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week. We use a flexi-time system with core hours 10am-3pm, and are committed to being a flexible, supportive and understanding employer. This is a permanent position with a probationary period of three months.
