Role Purpose
Grandmentors is our award-winning, inter-generational mentoring project running in almost 20 locations across the UK.We recruit, train and support Volunteer Mentors (normally people aged 50+) who are matched 1:1 with young people (aged 16-26) facing a range of life challenges and barriers. This includes young people with experience of the care system, or with Adverse Childhood Experiences.
Through our mentoring support, young people are more likely to have improved physical and mental health and wellbeing, achieve better outcomes around Education, Employment or Training, build independent living skills, and generally enhance their life chances. In 2026, we are excited to be launching the Grandmentors project in Fife.
We are now looking to recruit a talented, dynamic and professional Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the coordination and delivery of Grandmentors Fife.
The right candidate would be someone with great experience of supporting and managing volunteers, working with young people facing a range of life challenges, as well as someone who can work flexibly and demonstrate a commitment to our organisational values.

This is an exciting opportunity to join The National Lottery Community Fund as a Content Designer.

About the Role
This role provides help and support to our frontline services, to deliver an effective service by processing referrals in a timely manner, processing post and responding to miscellaneous
enquiries, delivering our social media strategy and contributing to wider engagement - particularly with children and young people.
Although we intend to appoint one person to this role, the responsibilities are divided across two service areas: 25 hours per week will support our Children and Young People's Services, and 10 hours per week will support the Lancashire Sexual Violence Service. About You:
- Ideally, you will have work experience providing administrative and client facing support in a service working with vulnerable and/or traumatised clients. You will be accustomed to data entry into case management systems and able to tailor your approach to meet priorities like service level agreements (deadlines). You will also have experience using and delivering targeted messages on social media and feeding into engagement and outreach strategies.
You will need:
- This role can involve regular travel across Lancashire, and due to the wide geographic area we cover, you will need to have reliable means of travelling across the county.

You'll be part of our Technology directorate, reporting to the Associate Director of IT and joining our Technology Leadership team. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you'll translate complex security challenges into clear strategies that enable colleagues to work safely and confidently, knowing that the systems and data they rely on are protected by best-in-class security practices.
This is also a leadership role where you'll build and develop a high-performing cybersecurity team, creating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and shared accountability. Together, you'll role-model best practice, stay ahead of emerging threats, and embed security awareness throughout the Society.
About you:
You're an experienced cybersecurity leader who understands that excellent security combines technical rigour with strategic thinking and clear communication. You're comfortable working across organisational boundaries, translating technical complexity into business context, and building trust with stakeholders at every level.
You'll have:
- Significant experience in information security management, risk assessment, and incident response.
- Proven experience ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly with GDPR, NHS Toolkit, and PCI-DSS, as well as alignment with recognised cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and information security standards like ISO27001.
- Proven track record in cloud security, network security, and security architecture design.
- Knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security technologies.
- Experience building and leading high-performing security teams, guiding them through change with compassion.
- Excellent communication abilities, translating technical detail into clear business insights for stakeholders at every level.

- Developing and executing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with our mission and risk appetite, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across the Society.
- Leading and developing a talented team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Conducting thorough risk assessments, implementing effective controls, and ensuring full compliance with GDPR, NHS requirements, and relevant security standards.
- Overseeing security technologies and collaborating with Technology teams to integrate security throughout our infrastructure, including regular security testing across all IT services.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive incident response and disaster recovery plans, monitoring systems for breaches and investigating suspicious activities.
- Building cybersecurity awareness programmes across the Society, fostering a security-conscious culture where everyone understands their role in protection.

Qualified Low Intensity Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) – NHS Pathfinder Partnership
GMRC is a registered charity working with adult women who are victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse, providing independent, specialist support and promoting and representing their rights and needs.
The post-holder will be based at GMRC but work alongside TRC and MASH women’s services and work within the pathfinder partnership, across all partner organisations, providing high quality, evidence based, low intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based interventions using a guided self-help model, to clients with who have experienced sexual trauma but also have additional mental health needs. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Work within the Pathfinder partnership consultation model to identify potential survivors who might benefit from a low intensity psychological intervention.
- Undertake client-centred conversations and assessments which identifies areas where the person wishes to see change and or recovery and makes an accurate assessment of risk to self and others.
- Provide a range of information and support for evidence based, low intensity psychological interventions whilst working within a flexible and person-centred model of care.
- Work closely with other members of the team ensuring appropriate interventions are considered and identify where a transfer of care to an HSP or another pathfinder team member might be required.
- Prepare and present clinical information for all clients on their caseload to clinical case management supervisors within the service on an agreed and scheduled basis, in order to ensure safe practice and the clinical governance obligations of the worker, supervisor and service are delivered.
