As our Fundraising Manager you will play a key part in the future success of Hindleap, with responsibility for ensuring we are meeting a minimum fundraising target of circa £250k. As our Senior Marketing Manager – Corporate & High Value Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind strategic partnership campaigns that grow engagement, strengthen corporate relationships and help unlock new opportunities for support.
About the role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of strategic corporate marketing activity across a portfolio of valued partners and prospects.Combining audience insight, creative thinking and strong stakeholder management, you'll create campaigns and propositions that build meaningful partnerships and drive fundraising impact.

Please note this is a fixed term contract until December 2027, covering family leave.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

Interview process
Interviews will be held via MS Teams. 1st stage interviews will be a Q&A session which are planned for 21 Sep 2026, after which successful candidates will be invited to a 2nd, final, stage interview, which will incorporate a presentation element.
