This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy fundraising team, supporting the delivery of engaging digital fundraising campaigns and providing an excellent experience for supporters. The Role
As the Digital Fundraising Assistant, you will:
Support the planning, delivery and administration of digital fundraising campaigns and virtual fundraising activities.
Help manage supporter communications across email, social media and other digital channels.
Create and schedule engaging digital content to promote fundraising campaigns and encourage participation.
Provide excellent supporter care, responding to fundraising enquiries and ensuring supporters feel valued throughout their journey.
Assist with digital marketing activity, monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement.
Maintain and update supporter records within the CRM, ensuring accurate data management.
Coordinate fundraising resources, supporter packs and recognition materials where required.
Support relationships with internal teams, volunteers and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
Assist with financial administration, including processing invoices and tracking expenditure.
Keep up to date with digital fundraising trends and contribute new ideas to enhance future campaigns.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Experience supporting fundraising, marketing or digital campaigns, ideally within the charity sector.
An understanding of digital fundraising and supporter engagement.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Experience managing social media content across a range of platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate supporter data.

This role is central to Queen's University's ability to grow its philanthropic income across major gifts, corporate partnerships, foundations, and leadership giving.

You will lead a talented team of fundraisers, directing our major and leadership giving, gift planning, corporate and foundation relations, and prospect development programs as well as managing a key portfolio of high-value prospects. Key to success will shaping and implementing plans that advance fundraising performance.
Reporting to the Vice Principal (Advancement) and a member of her Leadership Team, you will work at the most senior levels of the institution, acting as a key source of strategic guidance and support for university leaders, academics, and fundraising colleagues across the University.
This is a chance to build transformational programmes and partnerships that will deliver to the mission and strategic priorities of this ambitious university.
If you have a proven track record in leading multifaceted fundraising teams and managing complex relationships within a large organisation along with substantive philanthropic fundraising experience, we’d love to hear from you!
