ChildAid to Eastern Europe is a long-established Christian charity working with local partners across Eastern Europe to improve the lives of vulnerable children, young people, and families.
We are seeking an exceptional Director to lead the organisation into its next phase of growth and impact. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight and income generation to ensure the charity’s long-term sustainability.
This is a hands-on role, combining high-level strategy with day-to-day delivery. You will act as the public face of the charity, strengthen partner and donor relationships, and lead across fundraising, communications, operations and team development.

We are looking for a Marketing Support Administrator to report to and support the Service Coordinator in the daily running of the charity which runs on a part-time basis. This is an exciting time for the charity as long-term funding has been secured.
Levenshulme Good Neighbours, (LGN) is a local charitable incorporated organization (reg 1163827) offering befriending services to socially isolated and lonely over 55-year-olds members of the Levenshulme local community. We do this by providing local volunteers to match locals struggling from a lack of social companions. We also host Sunday Luncheons and Slow-Moving Exercise classes.
The Marketing and Support Administrator will be tasked with creating newsletters, data entry, management of client files, dealing with invoices, receipts, social media campaigns, attending promotional and communal events, creating board meeting agendas and other vital tasks to keep the charity running smoothly. We are hoping someone with an optimal outlook and positive attitude can join our team. This role would require someone with a passion for the cause; tackling social isolation and loneliness experienced by older people.
You will be governed by a friendly and diverse team of locals who share the same passion, come from diverse backgrounds and offer a lot of skills and insights into the field.

Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Foundation and will report directly to the Chair and the Board of Trustees. The CEO will lead on planning and delivering fundraising, events, marketing, grant processes and future team development.
Marketing, graphic design and financial management support are available from within the STEPS team.
This is a remote working role, though applicants must be a commutable distance from Sheffield and happy to travel in and around the designated grant area when required.

About Us
Challengers is a charity dedicated to transforming the lives of disabled children, young people and their families through the power of play. We provide safe and inclusive spaces across the South East where disabled children aged 4-18 can come together to have fun, make friends and learn valuable life skills, while giving their families essential respite from care responsibilities.
Your Role
As our Community Engagement Officer, you'll inspire communities, volunteers, and supporters to help transform the lives of disabled children, young people, and their families.
Working as part of our passionate Fundraising and Advocacy team, you'll build meaningful relationships, grow fundraising, raise awareness, and help expand Challengers' impact in local communities.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Build and maintain relationships with local communities to grow fundraising income.
· Represent Challengers at community events and fundraising activities.
· Support and steward third-party fundraisers to help them achieve successful outcomes.
· Provide outstanding stewardship and support to donors, supporters, and volunteers.
· Recruit, train, and support volunteers, ensuring a positive and rewarding experience.
· Assist with corporate partnerships, business engagement, communications, and fundraising initiatives.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and supporter data in compliance with GDPR requirements.
· Support occasional evening and weekend events as required.
· Undertake other duties appropriate to the role as needed.
About you
We're looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships and inspiring others to support a great cause. You'll bring:
· Experience in fundraising, community engagement, events, or volunteer management, ideally within the charity sector.
· A track record of achieving fundraising or income targets and building strong relationships with supporters and stakeholders.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage a wide range of audiences.
· Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver successful campaigns and events.
· A good understanding of fundraising principles (or a willingness to learn) and a commitment to excellent supporter care.
· Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), and digital tools such as Canva, WordPress, email marketing platforms, and social media.
Essential - A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
