IT Coordinator

As the IT, Data, CRM & Information Governance Coordinator, you will lead Herefordshire Mind’s technology, cyber security, CRM, data and information governance functions, ensuring systems are secure, effective and compliant. You’ll drive digital innovation, manage key platforms including Microsoft 365 and Tacklit CRM, improve data insights, and champion the safe use of AI and emerging technologies. This is a unique opportunity to use your technical expertise to strengthen organisational impact, support vital mental health services, and make a real difference to people and communities across Herefordshire.

The IT, Data, CRM & Information Governance Coordinator will lead the charity’s technology, cyber security, CRM, data management and information governance functions. The role ensures systems are secure, compliant and effective, supporting both service delivery and organisational growth.
