You will be a full AAT or part qualified and have at least two years' experience in charity finance or similar.

The Insight and Belonging Coordinator leads the coordination of student insight activity across Liverpool John Moores Student’s Union (JMSU) ensuring that student feedback meaningfully informs organisational priorities, institutional change, and the continuous enhancement of the student experience.

Age UK Richmond upon Thames is a local independent charity supporting older people across the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. We provide a wide range of valuable and well used local services in Richmond upon Thames designed to improve wellbeing and enhance independence. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Head of Grant Management is a newly created role at a pivotal point in Start Network’s growth, designed to lead and shape how we manage an increasingly complex, multi-donor funding portfolio of over £40m.

About the role

In your first year 

You will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of Young Citizens’ education programmes, ensuring schools, teachers and partners have a positive experience from registration through to programme completion. About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our Development Team at an exciting point in the Library’s growth.

The Library has recently eliminated its operating deficit and is now midway through an ambitious £8m capital campaign to transform its historic building and expand its reach. Alongside this, we continue to grow philanthropic income through regular giving, legacies and annual appeals.

 Weldmar is moving in an exciting new direction in fundraising. This is a brand new role, driving our events and community fundraising strategy. 

You'll lead a dedicated team of both staff and volunteers, delivering high quality mass participation campaigns, and build lasting partnerships with our supporters and fundraisers.

Working alongside fellow fundraising managers and reporting to the Director of Fundraising, your key responsibilities will be to:

· Develop and implement annual engagement strategies, including bespoke and ‘off the shelf’ challenges and events.

· Hold line management responsibility, providing regular supervision, identifying development opportunities, and fostering a collaborative environment.

· Oversee income targets, budgets, and KPIs with a focus on high ROI.

· Represent Weldmar at networking events and lead the development of community ambassadors. 

If you are proactive, with an in-depth knowledge of charity income generation, we'd love to hear from you. You should have a proven track record of hitting financial targets and the leadership skills to motivate both staff and volunteers. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to engage with everyone from corporate partners to patients and their families with empathy and professionalism. 

A Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check is required for this role.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, and supporting our small talented highly talented Team your key tasks will be to:

· assist staff managing project finances ;

·       support the development of donor project budgets;

·       take a principlal role in supporting financial compliance;

·       support IM to fulfil its accountability to funders

You will be a fully qualified accountant with at least 4 years’ progressive experience working on charity financial management including budget compilation, donor reports and grant management. With excellent MS Excel skills and experience of Sage 50 and ExpenseIn or similar systems, you will have outstanding attention to detail and excellent oral and written English communication skills.

We don't just want a dyed in the wool accountant, we also want someone with great interpersonal skills. A problem solver with a GSOH who thrives in a small, fast-paced high-calibre international team where everyone pitches in. A demonstrable interest in international relations and peacemaking and / or experience of working in a conflict zone and additional languages would be highly desirable.
