Job description

The Quality and Progression Lead will play a vital role in maintaining and developing the excellent standards of teaching, learning and assessment at High Trees. We engage around 700 learners a year in the Education and Training team, working with adults with diverse needs who are returning to learning to upskill for employment, wellbeing or confidence.

In this role you will lead a team of tutors who work in the community, teaching a range of subjects including ESOL, Functional Skills, employability and wellbeing. High Trees is a small, inclusive and welcoming environment. You will work closely with learners, listening and acting on their feedback. As part of a small, friendly and efficient Education and Training team, you will work collaboratively to ensure that provision has learners at the heart of the delivery.
