In this role, working alongside your peer, you’ll be responsible for leading and inspiring our Engagement team, with a particular focus on how we steward and grow high-value legacy relationships. You will line manage up to five individuals who deliver both stewardship and awareness activity across their regions, ensuring our supporters receive a seamless and personalised experience and our volunteers are equipped to talk about gifts in Wills.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Legacy Marketing & Administration, Philanthropy and Regional Engagement teams to ensure we take a more proactive, insight-led approach to identifying and supporting high-value pledgers. Working with your peer, you will shape the culture and direction of the team, ensuring focus, consistency and delivery across a range of key projects.

What you'll do:
- If a need arises, deliver all aspects of support to enable a customer to develop independent living skills as appropriate to the individual needs of the customer. This includes delivering personal and physical care as appropriate;
- Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation;

Campbell Rd Young Peoples service provides support and housing for 37 young people in Tower Hamlets that are either leaving care of affected by youth homelessness. The Support Worker role will be to manage a caseload of around 7-10 young people. You will be expected to deliver positive outcomes for all our young people and support them to reach independence, keep safe and maintain their tenancy's. Aside from support workers delivering support there is a strong element of housing management associated wit this role, for example managing rents, raising/monitoring repairs and health and safety.

Our team of Maia Mentor Advocates deliver consistent, holistic support to a small caseload of YWG, working to build relationships of trust, empower YWG to explore their identities, sense of safety, aspirations, and providing practical help and advocacy where needed. You will bring your experience and ability to work intensively with a selected cohort of YWG (aged 13-25), providing centre-based and outreach services and adopting a YWG-centred, strengths-based approach to deliver a range of support and interventions designed to: increase awareness and understanding of healthy relationships; reduce risk and increase feelings of safety; build self-confidence and confidence in professionals and support services; and empower YWG to assert their rights and make choices about future goals. Confidently and sensitively bring the ability to proactively assess risks and safety concerns, raising concerns with the Maia Service Manager, ensuring that, where possible, concerns are discussed openly with YWG, working within local safeguarding frameworks and taking appropriate action to safeguard YWG whilst working within a model of empowerment.

About the Role
Reprieve focuses on the following key areas: the death penalty; torture; rendition; arbitrary detention; and citizenship deprivation. The Strategic Litigation team uses the law as a tool to advance Reprieve’s organisational objectives, with the ultimate aim of effecting broader systemic legal and political change in the areas in which we work. Our litigation serves not only to help individuals obtain protection and redress through legal mechanisms, but also to highlight and challenge the abusive practices carried out and supported by governments, and to expose the absence or failings of safeguards to protect individuals from such abuses of state power.
The Strategic Litigation Team Manager will work under the guidance of the Head of Strategic Litigation and collaborate closely with the casework, media, policy and mass engagement teams to progress our portfolio of cases and amplify the impact of our litigation.
The types of claims in our portfolio vary, but frequently include public and civil law claims, interventions before UK and regional/international courts, and actions before complaints bodies and tribunals. The Strategic Litigation Team Manager will also contribute to the team’s work of proactively identifying new litigation opportunities to further the organisation’s strategic objectives. In addition, the role will encompass work on Reprieve’s strategic United Nations engagement and international litigation. This will involve monitoring for relevant opportunities to shape international law and working on submissions before international human rights mechanisms.
Under the guidance of the Head of Strategic Litigation, the Strategic Litigation Team Manager will have responsibility for project managing the progress of our portfolio of cases, including ensuring they are proceeding according to agreed timelines and supporting the Strategic Litigation team in their work on these cases. They will work closely with instructed legal teams and individual claimants and their families to advance cases and ensure coordination of legal actions. They will also help teams to advance investigations, including overseeing and offering guidance on record collection and other investigative techniques, feeding into investigation plans and supporting other investigative work.

The Emma Project, Daria House and Jan’s Place are specialist services providing refuge and support services to women who have been subjected to domestic and/or sexual violence and abuse, including women who have been sexually exploited, including through prostitution and who also use substances problematically.
About the role
You will support women living in nia’s refuges to move on into accommodation and support them to resettle and build resilient support networks. We’re looking for a highly organised and self-motivated woman who is passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children. You’ll have a ‘can-do’ approach and demonstrable commitment to nia’s approach to Prioritising women, upholding and promoting feminist, trauma-informed and anti-racist practice.
