In this role, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality management accounts, financial reporting, and insightful analysis. You’ll take ownership of key month-end processes, contribute to financial planning and work closely with colleagues across finance to ensure our reporting is accurate, timely and meaningful.

Duties include:
· Be the go-to person for all payroll matters, providing clear and helpful answers
· Provide advice and guidance on HR processes and policies
· Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance with legal requirements
· Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff
· Keeping up to date with employment law and best practices to ensure we're always compliant and fair
The successful candidate should have previous experience of HR; knowledge of payroll is advantageous. An eye for detail and a head for numbers as well as an ability to juggle a range of tasks. You should also be an excellent communication with a warm and approachable style.

The General Manager will be the key person responsible for the day-to-day operations of the charity and the management of the network and its activities. We’re offering this role in two forms: as a flexible freelance contract, or a fixed-term secondment opportunity, and are keen to explore options for the right candidate.
Pay: £2500 per month to deliver the work.
The fee is calculated based on approx. 3 days per week at £200 per day, but we are open to proposals for exact working pattern and rate.

West Sussex Parent Carer Forum (WSPCF) is an independent organisation for the parent carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). We support parent carers by providing information, signposting, and training that equips them in their lifelong caring role and empowers them to participate in shaping services for their children and young people. WSPCF is hosted by local Sussex based charity Amaze.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and passionate person who lives in the mid/north of the county to empower and amplify the voices of parent carers across West Sussex. You will help deliver events and activities, encourage parent carers to get involved, especially those whose voices are less often heard, and provide friendly, accessible information and signposting to families. You will be a ‘people-person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to plan and prioritise your own work.
This is a part‑time, flexible, hybrid role where lived experience really matters.
