Gray’s Inn Road is a 16-bed short-stay accommodation service supporting people with a recent history of rough sleeping to stabilise, rebuild confidence and move towards a home of their own. Working at the heart of Camden’s response to homelessness, the service aims to ensure that rough sleeping is rare, brief and non-recurrent, with most residents moving into suitable longer-term accommodation within three to six months.

As Resettlement Worker, you’ll take the lead on helping residents navigate that next step. You’ll build a clear picture of each person’s housing needs, strengths and aspirations, creating practical resettlement plans and identifying move-on options that are safe, realistic and sustainable. Working closely with Support Workers, you’ll help residents overcome barriers, prepare for independent living and feel confident about what comes next.

You’ll develop strong relationships with housing providers, landlords and partner agencies, opening up opportunities across social housing, supported housing and the private rented sector. You’ll bring persistence, creativity and a strong understanding of housing pathways to make sure people are not simply moved on, but supported into accommodation where they have the best possible chance of thriving.

We have a new and exciting opportunity within Victim Support to provide Domestic Abuse case management interventions across Cumbria. We are recruiting a Case Manager to cover the Westmorland & Furness area as part of the Drive Project .

Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.

The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. They work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together they have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. They also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.

About the role

This role is based at Kendal Police Station, West Morland & Furness, Cumbria, and involves regular travel. Due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. As a Case Manager, you will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators to pro-actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, you will work alongside existing agencies to design a co-ordinated, intervention plan, addressing identified needs and risks, and promoting understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours.

You will work closely with the IDVA's (integrated partner support) to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved. You will support individuals to make meaningful changes and contribute to improved quality of life and safer outcomes-helping offenders move away from the criminal justice system.

You will be passionate and committed to working within a multi-disciplinary team and will have a demonstrable track record of working with complex need service users. This may be within the field of domestic abuse, and/or mental health, substance misuse and offending.

We are seeking experienced professionals from domestic abuse, offender rehabilitation, or mental health backgrounds who bring strong case management expertise and a passion for behaviour change. This role involves delivering one-to-one psychosocial interventions with high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse, aiming to reduce long-term risk to current and future victims/survivors, and children.

St. John's is a non-maintained specialist provision, working with autistic people, the majority of whom also have learning disabilities. PURPOSE OF ROLE

Major donors and philanthropists are currently responsible for over a quarter of Caudwell Youth’s annual income – due in part to the generosity of the networks of our founder, John Caudwell.

As Caudwell Youth enters its fourth year, we are seeking a Senior Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships manager to help us expand beyond our strong founder-led base into a sustainable major donor and corporate supporter portfolio.

Proactive and commercially-minded, you will be confident driving and developing all stages of the major donor and corporate supporter stewardship process. Confidence in engaging in new business research, prospecting, initial meetings and pitches is a must, as you will be responsible for growing our small pipeline of supporters and warm prospects into a long-term income stream.

This is essential to Caudwell Youth’s future sustainability, with corporate partnerships and major donor income currently making up 30% of Caudwell Youth’s annual fundraising income (forecast to be around £450,000 this year).

Our ambition is to increase this revenue stream by around 50% to over £800,000 by 2030, in order to support more at-risk young people from across the UK, as set out in our recently launched strategy, Going National.

This is a role for a self-starter who is excited to drive high value growth and be a key part of Caudwell Youth’s upward trajectory, working within a small but dynamic fundraising team. It offers significant opportunity to shape and lead this area of fundraising as it grows.

You will be an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of securing major gifts of four, five and six figure gifts, familiarity with managing corporate partnerships and evidence of growing and developing new pipelines and revenue streams.

You will own a significant portion of this income stream, with responsibility for securing new high-value relationships and growing existing supporters.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operating at a senior level within the fundraising team, this role will take the lead across Caudwell Youth’s philanthropic and corporate giving.

Working closely with the Fundraising Director to drive income growth and strategic development, your key duties will include:

MAJOR DONORS & PHILANTHROPISTS

You will manage a mixed portfolio of existing supporters and warm prospects, while building a pipeline of new high-value opportunities. To do this, you will:

• Take personal responsibility for securing, retaining and growing high-value (four, five and six figure) gifts and philanthropic partnerships, by engaging in detailed prospect research and building contacts with high-net-worth individuals and their intermediaries to create a pipeline of new opportunities.
• Provide a high-quality supporter stewardship experience to Caudwell Youth’s existing major donors and philanthropists and warm prospects, tailoring this to their wishes to create a unique journey for each donor which seeks to deepen their engagement with the charity. This may include:
• Personalised reporting
• Bespoke communications
• Face-to-face meetings and events
• Unique ways to be consulted on and engage with our work
• Opportunities to be recognised.
• Lead on the continued growth, development and stewardship of Caudwell Youth’s Oracles fundraising board in order to maximise its annual revenue.
• Support John Caudwell’s Charity Pioneer with the stewardship of existing and potential Life Changers Circle donors, including through hosting cultivation and network events.

CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS AND FUNDRAISING

• Develop our corporate support pipeline, seeking to strengthen connections with existing corporate donors. This will include developing partnerships typically in the £10,000 - £100,000+ range through CSR, fundraising and sponsorship opportunities which align with Caudwell Youth’s values.
• Work with major donors and philanthropists, colleagues across the charity, volunteers and other stakeholders and contacts to proactively identify new corporate fundraising opportunities for Caudwell Youth.
• Work on Charity of the Year applications, pitches and proposals in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team and representatives from volunteering and operations as required.
• Act as an account manager and first point of contact for corporate supporters of Caudwell Youth, coming up with tailored programmes of supporter engagement to maximise their fundraising, increase connection with our cause and engage them in strategic multi-year support partnerships.
• Supported by our Supporter Engagement Coordinator, encourage our corporate donors, major donors and philanthropists to meaningfully engage with our challenge fundraising programme.
• Review our existing Torchrunners model as a means of engaging corporate supporters as a group.

ACROSS THE FUNDRAISING TEAM

• Promote other ways to support Caudwell Youth, including gifts in wills, payroll giving, help in kind, challenge fundraising, charity-wide appeals and campaigns, events and digital content to your network of major donors, philanthropists and corporate supporters as appropriate.
• Work in partnership with the Grants and Impact Lead to develop applications and reporting for family philanthropic trusts where required.
• Work effectively as part of the fundraising team, together seeking ways to enhance and strengthen each others’ activities and diversify our revenue streams as required, including in relation to systems, policies, supporter engagement communications and fundraising events.
• Attend team meetings, personal work reviews and relevant meetings proactively and as a contributor.
• Deputise for your line manager as required in their absence, with support from the rest of the SLT.

ACROSS CAUDWELL YOUTH AND EXTERNALLY

• Work with Caudwell Youth’s operations and volunteering teams to create bespoke and sustainable opportunities for major donors, philanthropists and corporate supporters to engage in our work, while ensuring the needs of the at-risk young people that we support are always put first.
• Collaborate with our communications team to develop compelling copy and content which promotes our corporate fundraising offering and major donor support as required.
• Develop strong collaborative working with the wider teams to maximise income generation, and promote good communication and shared focus

ADMINISTRATION

• Use our CRM database, Beacon, to ensure all activity is properly captured, manage your pipelines, forecast income, track trends and data.
• Provide timely reports internally on performance, informing budget setting and subsequent reforecasts as required

We are seeking a strategic, proactive and relationship-focused Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead the growth and delivery of our corporate partnerships’ portfolio. This role sits at the heart of our ambition to expand and diversify corporate income, building high-value, long-term relationships across a range of industries and cementing corporate fundraising as a core income stream for PCR.

PCR is at a key moment with our corporate fundraising activities as we are significantly expanding our engagement with a variety of industries and delivering meaningful strategic partnerships that drive income, raise brand awareness through impact-driven campaigns, and add value to our work through access to relevant services and expertise.

As PCR embarks on its new five-year strategy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to build on existing foundations and lead across the full breadth of corporate engagement – from new business strategy, prospecting and pitching, to developing employee fundraising and awareness activities, managing high-value partnerships, and shaping strategic, multi‑year opportunities.

You will work closely with colleagues in areas such as Marketing & Communications, Events & Community, and Major Donors, and play a central role in identifying cross-team opportunities, leading excellent supporter stewardship and embedding effective partnership management across the charity’s programmes of work. You will be responsible for growing the new business pipeline, developing compelling propositions, managing key corporate relationships and driving cross-team collaboration that enables meaningful engagement and sustained income growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in corporate fundraising or partnership development, with a strong track record of securing and managing corporate partnerships, developing new business pipelines, and building relationships across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. Above all, they will be driven by the opportunity to connect organisations with impactful work that improves outcomes for people affected by prostate cancer.

As part of representing PCR, the role may involve UK-based travel, including attendance at meetings, conferences, briefings, and key industry events.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development & Pipeline Growth

• Lead the development and delivery of PCR’s corporate new business strategy, identifying, qualifying and prioritising high-value prospects across diverse sectors, including finance, retail, technology, hospitality, manufacturing and professional services.
• Own and manage a structured new business pipeline, ensuring prospects are recorded, stewarded and progressed according to agreed KPIs, income targets and strategic priorities.
• Develop tailored propositions, outreach strategies, cultivation plans and pitch materials that secure interest in Charity of the Year (COTY), strategic partnerships, sponsorship and employee fundraising opportunities.

Corporate Partnership Management & Delivery

• Lead the delivery and account management of high-quality partnership activity across events, campaigns, sponsorships, corporate donations and fundraising initiatives, ensuring partners receive excellent stewardship and clear impact reporting.
• Oversee planning and activation for employee fundraising and engagement activities, working closely with the Events & Community team to maximise partner participation, supporter experience and income.
• Lead the development of proposals, stewardship reports, presentations and corporate-specific content that demonstrate impact, deepen engagement and inspire continued support.
• Establish partnership governance requirements, including creating partnership agreements, managing renewals, tracking financials and reporting progress against milestones.

Cross‑Team Collaboration

• Lead cross-team collaboration with colleagues across PCR to build cohesive supporter journeys, integrated cultivation opportunities and shared approaches to partnership delivery.
• Oversee the development of bespoke fundraising assets, employee engagement materials and corporate-specific supporter journeys.
• Identify potential high‑value prospects within existing public fundraising audiences and internal networks, ensuring warm leads are effectively stewarded.

Corporate Patient Representatives Programme

• Oversee PCR’s growing Corporate Patient Representatives programme, ensuring effective planning, recruitment, scheduling, logistics and feedback processes are in place.
• Ensure high-quality governance, tracking and stewardship of Patient Representatives to strengthen engagement, manage risk and enable sustainable expansion of the programme.

Content Development & Insight Gathering

• Lead the development of corporate-focused case studies and materials, including themes such as workplace health, EDI resource groups, “men’s health in business” and partner-specific stories.
• Use insights from existing and prospective partners to inform product development, partnership offers, event design, stewardship improvements and future income growth.
• Work closely with Marketing & Communications to develop and update PCR’s corporate partnership webpages and create engaging content for social media.

Representing PCR

• Represent the Partnerships Team at corporate meetings, stewarding events, industry networking sessions and cultivation opportunities.
• Help amplify PCR’s mission and vision, contributing to the wider strategy of positioning PCR as a compelling and values‑aligned corporate partner.

Experience

• Significant experience leading and managing corporate fundraising activities including relationship development, partnership or supporter engagement.
• Proven experience researching, assessing and converting prospects into new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships internally and with senior external stakeholders, with the confidence to engage new prospects and nurture established corporate contacts.

The Supporter Care Manager manages and leads the Supporter Services function to provide an exceptional service to our supporters, from initial contact through the whole of their supporter journey, including thanking, welcome and upgrade calls to exemplary complaint handling. The Supporter Care Manager ensures the day-to-day operations of the Supporter Care team are completed within agreed timeframes and to the highest of standards. This role continually reviews and challenges the function’s processes to identify improvements and efficiencies in order to continually improve our supporter offer and ultimately increase fundraising income and donor retention. 

Key Responsibilities

Communication and networking 

• Deliver an exceptional service to our supporters from initial contact through to thanking, responding to enquiries in a timely and effective way. 
• Develop and maintain excellent internal relationships to represent the Fundraising department effectively and credibly in person, and in all correspondence with supporters. 
• Manage the relationship with our external suppliers who manage the fulfilment of appeal-led gifts and Direct Debits. 
• Ensure our suppliers are meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and be prepared to hold them to account for any discrepancies or failings to meet SLAs. 
• Build good professional relationships with key stakeholders across the Foundation. 
• Communicate technical and financial information clearly to colleagues and external stakeholders and investigate non-routine queries.
• Work with Fundraising teams to ensure all fundraising activity is briefed into Supporter Care to enable delivery.

Team management  

• Line management responsibility of the Supporter Care Coordinator. 
• Maintain a high-performing operational function, managing the Supporter Care functions workload to answer all supporter enquiries through post, email and phone within agreed SLAs and to the highest possible standard. 
• Ensure the Supporter Care Coordinator is fully trained, provided with the information they require and offered development opportunities in the way of training and networking where possible and relevant. 
• Continually review and evaluate the remit of the function to identify any efficiencies that could be made. 
• Develop a culture to enable and empower the Supporter Services function to proactively identify opportunities to increase supporter value and improve our ways of working. 
• Support the Supporter Care Coordinator in the development of new guidelines, processes and procedures.  

Decision making, planning and problem solving 

• Act as an ‘early warning system’ to spot potential trends and enable the organisation to mitigate these risks and/or respond quickly to opportunities where required. 
• Use good judgement to prioritise requests based on criticality of tasks and relative importance of the supporter’s request, and escalate where required. 
• Use experience, initiative and judgement to solve predictable problems using initiative and creative vision to come up with solutions. 
• Run regular diagnostic reports from the database to ensure information is being accurately recorded and any errors picked up at the earliest opportunity. 
• Be prepared to change working practices in time for new fundraising regulations and communicate this to the team. 

Service delivery 

• Set team KPIs and manage team performance against them. This will include monitoring the performance of our external suppliers. 
• Maintain the CRM, creating and updating donor records to provide an accurate record of communications and contact. 
• Ensure all thanking is completed within agreed SLAs, providing personalised responses as required and develop response templates for the Gift Processing team for automated thanking. 
• Working with the Head of Individual & Legacy Giving to develop and lead a comprehensive programme of internally delivered welcome calls, telephone upgrades and conversion calls to our supporters. 
• Manage complex and non-routine requests from supporters and colleagues. 
• Regularly review and explore new systems and ways of working, seeking to continuously improve delivery. 

Analysis and research 

• Report back on complaints and incidents to both internal and external stakeholders, with details of the resolutions and plans to mitigate against this in the future.
• Role responsibilities are not exhaustive, and you would be reasonably expected to take on wider tasks that are commensurate with the level of your role.

We are looking for an Energy Adviser - Leeds to join our team. As Energy Adviser you will manage a caseload of disabled households struggling with their energy and water bills, supporting, and empowering them over the phone. Customers in need of either more in-depth support, or support with water bills, will be referred to you by a separate team of advisers.

Fixed term until March 2028, with possibility of extension.

Full time - 35 hours a week

The hours for this role: Mon – Fri. 08:30am – 16:30pm or 09:00am – 17:00pm.

Location: Working from home and attendance at Scope's Leeds office (3 Brewery Wharf, Dock Street, Leeds, LS10 1JF) as required.

The Role

In this role you will be:

· Reviewing and confirming details with the customer and conduct an assessment to fully understand their support needs

· Developing goal-based action plans that clearly show how the customers support needs will be addressed.

· Where needed, complete actions on customer’s behalf such as speaking to a supplier or submitting an application. Provide clear and detailed updates to the customer afterwards.

· Measure, record and track “distance travelled” for each customer in caseload and ensure that an evidence-based approach is adopted to recording the customer journey

· To work collaboratively within the team to provide support where needed to ensure KPI’s are achieved

· You will manage a personal caseload and provide practical advice that may be required for your diverse customer base

About You

· Strong background in a customer focused environment, preferably on a helpline and experience of communicating with difficult and complex information via telephone.

· Communicate with a wide range of customers with an understanding of different needs and respond to these accordingly. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to be able to communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear, meaningful, and effective way.

· Demonstrate effective person-centred listening, empathy, and probing skills to respond to underlying issues and assist customers to make informed choices

· Proactively respond positively to change while being able to work effectively with conflicting priorities will allow to succeed within this role

· Good working knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office Products. Methodical, with excellent attention to detail when using databases.

· Drive and enthusiasm and can demonstrate that you care passionately about improving the lives of disabled people and their families and that you have a good knowledge of Energy and Utilities and ideally have City and Guilds Level 3 in Energy Advice.
