We are SPEAR, a charity working tirelessly to end homelessness across South West London and beyond. We believe homelessness should be rare, brief, and non-recurring, and we work every day to make that a reality. You'll bring these services together at around 20 events a year, creating informal, welcoming spaces where clients can engage with the support on offer.
You'll also provide direct information, advice and guidance to around 100 clients a year, delivering swift, impactful interventions that reduce homelessness risk — advocating and mediating on their behalf as they navigate complex systems.
