We have an exciting opportunity for a Youth Worker to join Oasis North Bristol. Our Youth Worker will work with young people and families across the community to develop positive activities which promote a sense of belonging.
We’re looking for an individual who has a passion for supporting young people and developing community led activities. The role will involve supporting young people and families in our local Oasis academies but also in the wider community, inspiring and enabling local people to be an active voice and developer in their local area.
The successful post holder must have:

You will have experience of:

The Job

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an organised, analytical and collaborative Audit Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Epilepsy12, our national clinical audit focused on improving care for children and young people with epilepsy and their families.
Reporting to the Epilepsy12 Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of this important national audit. You will work closely with paediatric services across NHS Health Boards and Trusts, supporting high-quality data collection, responding to participant queries and helping services understand and use audit findings to drive quality improvement.

The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK leading the charity’s public fundraising function. The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. This role is responsible for delivering Coeliac UK’s 5-year fundraising strategy to maximise return-on-investment, grow long term supporter value, and contribute to the charity’s mission.
The Head of Public Fundraising will embed and deliver comprehensive fundraising strategies, growing Coeliac UK’s supporter base and income, building up new and under-developed income streams and communicating effectively with their audiences to expand their reach, and encourage financial and non-financial support to deliver the organisations mission.
Who are we looking for?
Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of role across multiple income streams, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income. The Societies Development Manager is a vital role within the Student Activities team, providing accurate, consistent and innovative support to the student volunteers running over 300 societies. This role will support the delivery of a variety of student led events and activities, empowering and enabling student leaders. This role will put students’ experience at the forefront of everything we do, focusing on providing excellent management of stakeholder relationships, problem solving and risk management with student activities. The Societies Development Manager will work collaboratively across the Student Experience directorate to empower student leaders to run impactful activities for their peers - removing barriers to engagement wherever you find them. They will be responsible for leading major events across the Union and project managing key cross-departmental initiatives such as our annual awards celebrations. The successful postholder will be there to expand our programmes, fostering vibrant and inclusive communities and ensuring all students can access the amazing opportunities extra-curricular opportunities available to them no matter what their level of experience.

Responsibilities
People and Team Leadership
Line manage the Fundraising Manager, providing regular supervision, support, and performance development
Lead the planning and delivery of all-hands meetings and team development programmes, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Maintain oversight of team resource mapping, ensuring capacity is well-managed across the organisation
Impact and Evaluation
Lead the design and ongoing development of Routes' impact evaluation framework, ensuring it captures meaningful data about the difference our work makes
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of impact data throughout the year, using findings to inform programme development and organisational decision-making
Write and produce Routes' annual impact report, communicating our work and outcomes compellingly to funders, partners, and the wider sector
Income Generation
Support the Fundraising Manager with grant applications, funder relationships, and income generation activity as needed
Manage the sales pipeline for the mentoring programme, including prospecting, relationship development, and conversion of corporate and organisational clients
Source and manage CSR partnerships, building relationships with corporate partners and ensuring existing partnerships are well-stewarded
Operations
Lead on the creation, review, and approval of organisational policies, ensuring Routes' policies are up to date, legally compliant, and reflective of our values
Oversee day-to-day office administration and organisational housekeeping
Manage organisational insurance, ensuring appropriate cover is maintained and reviewed annually
Oversee staff IT, laptops, phones, and software subscriptions, including troubleshooting and managing supplier relationships
Draft and manage organisational contracts, including supplier, partner, and service agreements
Lead on the conversion of Routes from a CIC to a CIO, working with legal advisors, the board, and relevant statutory bodies to manage the process
Strategy
Contribute to the development and delivery of Routes' organisational strategy, bringing insight from your areas of responsibility
Lead on the development and implementation of Routes' income generation strategy, working closely with the Fundraising Manager and Co-CEO
Communications
Write thought leadership pieces for the Routes blog, contributing to Routes' voice and visibility in the sector

Take ownership of your own professional development, using the annual training budget to attend relevant training, events, and sector learning opportunities that strengthen your contribution to Routes and the wider sector
There are some areas of responsibility that sit under the other Co-CEO, but we would expect the person in this role to maintain some oversight or involvement in to enable smooth co-working between the roles. These are:
Safeguarding: Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) when required, ensuring Routes meets its safeguarding obligations and that staff and volunteers are appropriately supported

Experience
Experience in a senior leadership role within the charity, social enterprise, or public sector
Demonstrable experience of managing and developing staff, with a coaching and supportive leadership style
Experience of income generation in a charity or social enterprise context, including either grant fundraising, corporate partnerships, or programme sales
Experience of designing or overseeing monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks and producing reports that communicate impact clearly
Experience of managing operational and governance responsibilities, including policy development and working with a board
Experience leading teams in challenging, fast-changing and resource-constrained environments

International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is a Christian health and development charity. Since 1952 they have had a huge impact serving the most disadvantaged people and communities in Nepal.

The most disadvantaged communities in Nepal face a lack of access to healthcare, often walking for days to their nearest health post, or being unable to afford even basic treatment.

We are looking for a Supporter Engagement Officer to join INF’s small, passionate UK team.
