The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritise a workload unsupervised. This is an exciting opportunity for two Learning & Development (L&D) professionals to join our team as we implement our new L&D approach and expand our operational training team. The successful candidates will be part of a busy L&D team, providing functional support to help the organisation deliver its strategic aims and corporate priorities.
Your day-to-day duties will be varied, allowing you to utilise your training experience and digital learning capabilities within a supportive team environment, while contributing to our key deliverables and goals. You will play an integral part in enhancing the learning and development experience across the organisation.
This role is based in the UK and sits within the People & Culture Directorate as part of the Learning & Development team.

The ideal candidates will bring experience of working within a learning and development environment, delivering training activities both face-to-face and virtually, preferably in a hybrid-working context. They will possess a positive and solutions-focused mindset and as happy working within a team as they are independently. The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach and adaptable to provide the best solutions within scope. This role will have a positive impact to the work of the L&D team and some of our key priorities and deliverables. The role holder will have a L&D CIPD qualification or equivalent, or willing to undertake the qualification.
Interview details:
Our L&D team is based across the UK. This is a hybrid role, involving working from your nearest office location (Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester and Newcastle) and from home. Frequent travel to other offices and locations across the UK is to be expected.
We will be hosting a briefing session on Thursday 13th August at 12:00pm. About the Role
As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer, you will be the first point of contact via telephone, text or email for victims of crime referred to our service. You will conduct comprehensive impact and risk assessments, provide immediate and short-term interventions, and ensure that each service user receives tailored support that meets their individual needs. The role may require some minimal travel across Dyfed Powys.
