For more than 30 years, we have supported people by providing essential items through our community shops and helping individuals build brighter futures through 1-2-1 support, training programmes, employment support and community activities.

We are entering an exciting period of growth, expanding our reach and increasing our impact. The Head of Services role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager who is ready to take on a new challenge, helping to shape and develop our services while making a lasting difference in the lives of people facing hardship and homelessness.

The Head of Services is responsible for the operational leadership of the charity's services, ensuring high-quality, safe, person-centred support for people experiencing homelessness, financial hardship, and social exclusion. You will provide leadership and support managers to deliver excellent outcomes for service users and will also contribute to organisational strategy, performance, culture, and sustainability. 

As a member of our SLT, you'll be leading alongside a team of kind and empathetic people who share a passion about helping our service users. Our SLT members each bring different perspectives, have a strong commitment to supporting each other and their teams and are not afraid to challenge or be challenged in order to make a tangible, lasting and positive difference.
