We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Family IDVA to join Birmingham's new Family IDVA Service. This is one of two Senior IDVA roles, with this post being full time (37.5 hours). This innovative city-wide service will provide specialist domestic abuse support to parents aged 16+ and their children under 18, delivering a flexible, whole-family response that meets families at the earliest opportunity and helps prevent the escalation of harm.
Based within Birmingham's Family Hubs, Senior Family IDVAs will provide specialist domestic abuse support to families through risk assessment, safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support, and partnership working.
