As SSAFA’s Audience & Marketing Insights Manager, you will provide central oversight and leadership in fundraising/marketing/communications (FMC) data, acting as the main interface to the Central Data Team (CDT), turning data into tools, frameworks, and insights that improve revenue and engagement performance.

You are proactive, analytical, collaborative and passionate about using data to make a difference.
You enjoy working with stakeholders to understand their needs and can turn business questions into clear, actionable insights. You care about data quality, consistency, and security, and you’re always looking for ways to improve how data is used.
You have excellent knowledge, experience and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, digital channels and technologies, conversation rate optimisation (CRO) practice, and looking at and quantifying the value and simplicities of supporter journeys across our portfolio for products.
Your proven experience of using SEO tools and techniques will help to deliver improvements in performance, increase rates of optimisation, conversion and engagement, including A/B and multivariate testing.
You have experience of pulling data from internal and external data sources such as GA4, Brandwatch and Cision, and visualizing the data to educate stakeholders. You also have excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate data insights to all stakeholders.

Located in Tower Hamlets, we welcome people of all ages to our large, friendly community centre in Shoreditch where we offer a wide range of activities promoting wellbeing and social connections. Our services include sensory play for Under-5’s, youth programmes, wellbeing activities for those experiencing mental health issues, bilingual advice, and activities to reduce social isolation and enhance physical and mental wellbeing for older people. We also run a day centre in Shadwell, where we care for elders from the Bangladeshi and other communities.
We have a unique relationship with our founders, the Guild (alumnae) of Cheltenham Ladies’ College, we are located on the fringes of the City, and we generate income from hiring out space in our community centre. These opportunities make the Marketing & Fundraising Manager position varied and interesting, with plenty of possibility to grow and develop in the role.
Job Purpose:
The Marketing & Fundraising Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing St Hilda’s East’s marketing strategy and will take the lead in organising fundraising events and securing funds from individual donations, and rental and room hire income.
They will lead on communications with external stakeholders through the development and implementation of SHE’s marketing plans and social media strategy. There will be a particular focus on strengthening our unique link with the Guild (alumnae) of Cheltenham Ladies’ College, as well as with parents and pupils of the school – to raise awareness of the impact of St. Hilda’s East and to organise joint events. The postholder will work alongside freelance fundraisers who focus on maximising grant income.
It is not essential to have experience in the non-profit sector; we would love to hear from you if you have experience in sales and marketing in a commercial environment and are looking to bring your talents to the charity sector.

The Partnerships Marketing Manager will act as a central bridge between Marketing & Communications (M&C) and PP&C teams. What we're looking for
Working collaboratively with the Social Media & Communities Manager and Social Media & Communities Lead, you will create and deliver a content plan aligned with the broader social media and communities' strategy, ensuring it supports and meets overall business goals and objectives. This includes planning and producing content for both paid and organic campaigns, as well as day-to-day activity, to effectively engage a diverse range of audiences across multiple platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
You will stay up to date with the latest social media platform updates, alongside emerging social listening tools and AI technologies, to continuously refine and improve performance. Key duties and responsibilities
The post holder will:
-Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing for Mind's physical activity & mental health work, creating impact across the sector - from grassroots to elite sport They will also look after media and PR activity as well as the development of programme materials. The role will also be expected to maximise athlete and celebrity involvement.
-Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing for Mind's trauma-informed young people programme. They will create compelling content that drives awareness, engagement and action. They will deliver against clear KPIs. This includes reaching 100,000 young people (11-24) with trauma information.
-Across both programmes, this role will manage campaign delivery (timelines, budgets, KPIs and risk), track performance and use insight to improve results,
-Our trauma informed support programme is funded by Mind corporate partners. Our physical activity programme is funded by corporate partners and Sport England. Working collaboratively with partners will be an essential part of the role.
-This role must promote inclusive, anti-racist and trauma-informed practice. They need to make sure campaigns reach priority audiences and are co-designed with people with lived experience.

As a member of the Direct & Digital Marketing Squad, you would be responsible for the delivery of fundraising appeals and supporter engagement activity,to show our supporters the impact of their support and give them the opportunity to become even more engaged in Tearfund's mission.
We are particularly looking for a fundraiser with a passion for direct marketing, who has experience in delivering multi-channel individual giving and supporter engagement campaigns. We are especially keen to hear from those who are experienced in both print and digital direct marketing.
