About the Role:
As HR, Finance & Operations Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Baytree’s organisational strategy—ensuring we remain a high-performing, mission-aligned charity. Assistant Shop Manager - Nork

Essential Responsibilities

About the Role
As Retail Area Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting a portfolio of approximately 10–15 charity shops across your region.
