Job Summary
The Governance Officer plays an important role in supporting the Company Secretary and Chancery Team at the heart of St John’s governance arrangements. The NEST service provides trauma informed, community-based support to young women and girls aged 14-25 at risk of entering or becoming entrenched in the Criminal Justice System. The role of the NEST Advocate is to provide dedicated one-to-one support to young women and girls, building trusted relationships and coordinating practical support to build their confidence and help stabilise their lives across areas including education, housing, health, employment and interaction with justice services.
As a YWG Senior Advocate you will be responsible for managing a small caseload of young women and girls, while also supervising two YWG Advocates, providing formal and informal supervision and support. This will include oversight of safeguarding for the girls and young women they work with and supporting the quality control of the service, including regular dip-checks and data input.

The Role
The Senior Programme Coordinator will support the development and delivery of SEO London’s apprenticeship programmes.
The post holder will develop a strong understanding of SEO London’s programmes, the industries we support and the needs of our students and partner organisations.They will use this knowledge to deliver projects, respond to stakeholder needs and provide a professional and supportive participant experience.
The role has three core areas of focus:
· Delivering high-quality apprenticeships programmes, projects and events

Salary
The salary for this position is £34,563 per annum and we operate a hybrid working model of a minimum of 2 days per week in the London office.

About the team
The Committed Giving Team is a high achieving, fast-paced team responsible for the acquisition and retention of committed/regular donors. The team work across 3 key areas; Acquisition, Direct Dialogue Acquisition (Face to Face channels), and Retention (Stewardship).
The Acquisition team is responsible for the recruitment of new regular givers and lottery players, through digital, DRTV, and other offline channels.

About the role
This role will play a crucial part in supporting Global Witness’s new strategy period by helping teams implement business processes into the right systems, improve efficiency through automation, and strengthen business intelligence through reporting and dashboards. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to understand business needs and translate them into practical, user-friendly and sustainable system solutions.
You will lead the administration, development and continuous improvement of Salesforce, while also supporting wider business applications across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, finance systems, project tracking tools and organisational dashboards. About the role:
The Fleet Administrator will form a vital part of the Finance and Operations Team supporting the Operations Manager in the management of the Rainbow Trust fleet. Rainbow Trust operates a fleet of approximately seventy vehicles situated across our nine regional teams. It is vitally important that our Family Support Workers have a reliable vehicle for attending family visits and transporting families to hospital. In addition, the Fleet Administrator will be required to assist the Operations Manager with ad-hoc tasks/projects according to the workload.
Full training will be provided and previous experience of managing a fleet is not required, although is desirable. A good level of maths, excellent communication, planning and Microsoft Excel skills are required to be successful in this role.
