The Role;
The Trusts Fundraising Manager plays a key role in securing voluntary income for Kisharon Langdon by leading the development and delivery of a strategic trusts and foundations programme, with responsibility for achieving significant income targets and supporting the organisation’s long-term growth. The role involves proactively shaping and managing a high-value funding pipeline, using insight, planning, and data to drive sustainable income and maximise opportunities across the portfolio.
The post-holder will take ownership of relationships with a portfolio of funders, developing tailored cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies aligned to funder priorities, while also identifying and securing new funding opportunities. They will bring a strong, proactive approach to prospecting and pipeline development, ensuring a balanced mix of short- and long-term funding.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, the Trusts Fundraising Manager will lead on the development of compelling, high-quality funding applications and reports, drawing on strong impact evidence and strategic narratives, while supporting continuous improvement in success rates and income growth. You will have proven experience in fundraising, business development, or partnership management, with a track record of generating income and building strong external relationships. The Role
Your core focus will balance bid writing with strategy and comms management:
Securing Income: Crafting and submitting high-quality, persuasive trust and grant applications (targeting five- and six-figure funding) and managing timely reports back to our current partners.
Managing the Pipeline: Working closely with the CEO to track our fundraising goals, manage cash flow awareness, and keep our CRM system (Beacon) up to date.
Supporting Earned Income: Helping to streamline the internal processes behind our paid consultancy and campaign training services, collaborating with our Policy & Engagement team to track leads.
Leading People: Providing supportive, empowering line management to our part-time Digital Communications and Campaigns Coordinator.
Looking Forward: As the contract nears its end, you will collaborate with the CEO to help us lay the groundwork for our next strategic fundraising cycle.

Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is seeking a detail-oriented and insight-driven Prospect Research and Data Executive to deliver high-quality research and analysis that strengthens our fundraising, partnership development and strategic supporter engagement.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a research and data professional to use their analytical expertise to help uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships and support work that brings practical help, physical healing and spiritual hope to some of the world’s most remote and inaccessible communities.

The Role
As a Prospect Research and Data Executive, you will deliver insight-led research and analysis to strengthen fundraising and partnership development activity.
You will undertake detailed prospect research, due diligence and network mapping to identify opportunities, analyse relationships and provide clear evidence-based recommendations to support strategic engagement with prospective and existing supporters.
Working closely with Partnership Managers and stakeholders across the organisation, you will help promote informed decision making and support effective relationship building through accurate, ethical and accessible research.
You will also support the development and maintenance of prospect pipelines, ensuring research activity complies with GDPR, fundraising regulations and organisational policies.
Additionally, you will:
- Support Philanthropy, Trusts and Corporate Partnership teams with pipeline development
- Maintain accurate and compliant supporter database records
- Manage research subscriptions, tools and supplier relationships
- Monitor sector developments, legislation and fundraising best practice
About You
To join us as our Prospect Research and Data Executive, you will need:
- Evidence of quality written work
- Evidence of data skills, including knowledge of UK data protection legislation and GDPR
- Cultural awareness and the ability to interact successfully on a cross-cultural basis
- Meticulous attention to detail, with highly developed analytical skills and experience of report writing
- A degree or equivalent qualification

As Content & Communications Manager, you will develop a communications plan and shape the way the Trust connects with its global alumni community, makes the case for support, and tells the story of its impact to donors, partners, and prospects.
Working closely with the CEO and Director of Alumni Engagement and Regular Giving, you will lead the development of high-quality content across the full fundraising lifecycle, from articulating a compelling Case for Support and crafting tailored donor materials, to designing campaigns that drive regular giving participation and ensuring every event is supported by communications that reinforce engagement and stewardship.
This is a role for a creative, audience-focused communicator who understands how great storytelling drives philanthropic action. You will own all communications channels, email, web, social and beyond, and act as the guardian of the Trust's tone, brand and editorial standards, ensuring that everything produced reflects the heritage, quality and ambition of one of Britain's most storied institutions.
