We are seeking a fantastic corporate partnerships manager to join our Income Generation team. This is a key role for the organisation, proactively leading on new business; delivering mid and high-value partnerships and maintaining a healthy and active pipeline of new prospects to support the long-term sustainability of our work. The successful candidate will develop compelling proposals and pitches to build new relationships and provide excellent stewardship for existing corporate partners. They will manage and deliver the Income Generation strategy, annual operational plan, and income forecasting and develop accurate annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against plan and meeting KPIs and targets.
We are looking for an individual able to demonstrate a good track record of success in achieving and exceeding set income targets in corporate fundraising as well as devising, driving and delivering corporate fundraising plans. Excellent written and creative skills, with experience in developing relationships is crucial as is the ability to organise, prioritise, and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines. Strong networking skills with the ability to manage high-profile relationships professionally and tactfully are essential.
You will work to forge and sustain long-term, constructive partnerships with new and existing partners that help us grow funds and achieve our charitable goals. You will:
· quickly learn and be able to articulate well our campaigns and victim service and their evidence base, our funding need, and the actions that corporates can and should take to prioritise safe and green use of roads, through funding us and supporting our campaigns
· find and unlock access to senior leads within companies not already working with us (e.g., public affairs, communications and corporate social relationship teams) as well as taking up the reins of stewarding relationships with some of the companies already working with us
· listen and understand corporates’ priorities, understanding their budgets, potential to fundraise within their teams and networks, and their safety, sustainability, policy and pr priorities; and articulate what Brake does and our need for help
· forge, together, actionable joint plans that generate funds for Brake from a company, directly or through their supply chain / customers. You will achieve six figure funding targets, by generating five figure funds from new and existing partners
· Work alongside team members in public affairs, PR, and public engagement to understand our programmes of work in campaigns and seek the engagement of new and existing corporate supporters in those programmes, for example through participation and sponsorship
· Be responsible for developing your own pipeline of leads and accurately forecasting income you will fundraise from this pipeline and listing partnership activities that will be delivered
· Operate within Brake’s Ethical Partnership Policy and other policies, which enables us to sustain our charity values and work alongside corporations safely.
· Be a team player and able to step up to the plate and speak up for the charity, for example giving speeches or undertaking interviews on the charity’s behalf.

At Cornerstone Place, we are seeking an exceptional Project Delivery Manager to join our high‑performing, mission‑driven team at a pivotal moment in our journey. This role will play a critical part in delivering our Impact First Social Housing® projects, creating safe, stable homes for people who need them most, keeping the assets in the hands of the impact makers.
The position is offered on a permanent basis, with flexible remote working and regular national travel to project sites across England.

The Role
Working closely with our Co‑Founders and partners, you will help deliver complex projects to the highest standards, contribute to the evolution of our systems and processes, and ensure every decision is grounded in impact, quality and long‑term social value. You will translate strategy into delivery, confront challenges honestly, and help drive forward an organisation recognised as one of the UK’s most influential social enterprises; named on the NatWest SE100 list for two years running, with our Co-Founders honoured on the SE100 Pioneers list as leaders shaping the future of the sector.
Day to day, you will take ownership of multiple live projects at varying stages, from pre‑application engagement and support through the planning process, to end‑to‑end delivery, working closely with clients, design teams and professional consultants throughout. You will be responsible for managing consultants, budgets, programmes, on‑site delivery, safety compliance, stakeholder communication, team coordination, and clear reporting to senior leaders and clients.
About You
You will bring accomplished project management skills, experience in housing or construction environments, and a proven ability to lead partners and manage stakeholders with confidence. Highly organised and detail‑driven, you combine strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, communication and negotiation skills with a track record of delivery. You will also be comfortable working across multiple IT systems and curious about how AI can enhance project management, streamline processes and strengthen outcomes. While not essential, MRICS accreditation or a BSc in Construction Management would be beneficial.

Salary: £33,475 per annum (pro-rated for part time hours). We are an accredited member of the Living Wage Foundation.
Location: Hybrid. (Hybrid approach with some working from home days. Regular travel to client sites as well as infrequent travel to Unseen’s head office in Bristol).
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time (Part time may be considered), Mon-Fri (occasional weekends/ evenings). Flexibility is important to meet the demands of the role.

Purpose of the role:
This role is key in ensuring effective delivery of a range of business services to clients. Working within a small, dynamic team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our range of services focused on worker wellbeing are delivered professionally and sensitively. This is an exciting role that sits at the heart of Unseen’s response to worker exploitation, engaging with clients, interviewing workers at diverse client sites across the UK, supporting colleagues on providing allegation management and business portal services for clients as well as supporting on delivering the Seasonal Worker Scheme Support Line.
The role requires a professional individual who is a confident communicator, self-motivated, displays empathy and is an independent critical thinker. Experience working in a corporate environment or with business clients is highly desirable, along with experience transforming data into actionable insights for a range of stakeholders, large-scale project management, and the application of auditing principles or experience visiting labour-based sites.
Knowledge of how to engage with vulnerable individuals and businesses of all sizes is a strong advantage, particularly within the construction, manufacturing, and agricultural sectors.
We are looking for the successful person to commence this role from July 2026.
