About Us
Unlock YOUR Potential is a volunteer‑run charity in London dedicated to helping people build confidence, develop employability skills, and move forward with purpose. Through coaching, mentoring, and personal development support, we empower individuals to unlock the future they deserve.

The Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable Volunteer Careers Coaches and Mentors to support people through one‑to‑one or group sessions. You don’t need formal coaching qualifications — just empathy, good listening skills, and a genuine desire to help others grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supportive coaching or mentoring sessions
• Help clients with CVs, job applications, and interview preparation
• Build confidence, motivation, and resilience
• Support clients to set goals and take positive steps forward
• Celebrate progress and encourage personal development


What We’re Looking For

• Warm, patient, and encouraging
• Good communication and listening skills
• Experience in coaching, HR, employability, leadership, or lived experience (helpful but not essential)
• Able to volunteer 3–4 hours per week
• Passionate about helping people unlock their potential
