Project Description: To scale Chetacare’s reach across Nigeria, we need to demystify complex medical facts around diabetes and high blood pressure. We are looking for a creative storyteller to run our social channels, build a community, and drive organic sign-ups to our WhatsApp chatbot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a monthly content calendar tailored for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram focusing on preventive health.

About  Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance

The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA) is one of the UK’s leading Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) charities, providing rapid, life-saving critical care across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our Helicopter and Critical Care Cars take the expertise of the hospital directly to the scene of the emergency, reaching any point in our two counties in under 20 minutes. Each mission costs approximately £4,000, and with over 32,000 missions since our founding in 1994, our service is made possible entirely through the generosity of the communities we serve.

LNAA is in a period of significant growth and transformation. We celebrated our 30th anniversary and our 30,000th mission in 2024 and were rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission in 2025 – a milestone that reflects the exceptional standards across our entire organisation. • Community management - Own and energise our creator community keeping it warm, active and supportive; welcome new creators, spark introductions, and encourage creators to learn from and uplift one another.

• Onboarding - Identify and reach out to potential creators, run friendly 1-2-1 welcome calls, share the vision and welcome pack, and bring new creators into the fold with as low a barrier to entry as possible.

• Content coordination - Run the content calendar end-to-end: agree each creator's posting frequency and dates, keep the Notion tracker current.

• Creative support - Keep creators inspired with prompts, content ideas and themed series (e.g. Freshers, exam season), and offer tailored concepts to those who want them while protecting each creator's own style and voice.

• Mentorship & belonging - Coordinate regular calls with the team, and help every creator feel like a genuine part of Team Roots.

• Tracking & reporting - Track creator output and reach, monitor how creators are driving students toward Roots workshops, and report progress and feedback.

Director of Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships (Volunteer)

Summary of Role: As Director of Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships, you will play a crucial role in expanding Solution Community’s network of corporate allies. You’ll spearhead efforts to develop and nurture relationships with corporate entities that align with our mission and vision. In this role, you’ll lead strategic initiatives, cultivate sponsorship opportunities, and create innovative collaboration models that benefit our organization and our partners - including opportunities re: the development of corporate volunteer teams that build true partnerships with Solution and through our platform.

What Will You Do?

• Develop and Execute Strategy: Formulate a corporate partnership and sponsorship strategy that aligns with Solution Community’s mission and goals.
• Cooperate with the Chief Development Officer: Work together to ensure the "Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships" direction executes the strategy on time.
•  Work in a close relationship with the Grants & Foundations team and overall Growth team (fundraising and marketing): identifying opportunities that may overlap their roles and working in tandem to support Solution’s fundraising efforts
• Identify and Engage Prospects: Conduct outreach and engage with corporations and industry leaders who share a commitment to social impact, targeting partnerships that foster mutual growth.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate, maintain, and deepen relationships with new and existing partners while consistently exploring ways to expand our network.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling partnership proposals that demonstrate the value and impact of Solution Community’s work.
• Sponsorship Program Development: Establish a sponsorship program with clear sponsor benefits and a structured path to involvement in our initiatives.
•  Impact Reporting: Measure and report on the impact of corporate partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with our mission and growth objectives.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all partnerships align with Solution Community’s brand values, culture, and objectives, strengthening our reputation within the corporate sector

Who Are We Looking For?

• Experience in Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorships: 5+ years of experience in corporate partnership management, sponsorship acquisition, or a related field.
• Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that achieve partnership growth and sustainability.
• Proactive Innovation: Comfort working in an organization that is both a start-up and encourages informed initiative, without the burden of a corporate structure. Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate Solution Community’s mission to corporate stakeholders.
• Relationship Building Pro: Demonstrated success in building and sustaining relationships with corporate leaders and partners.
