A community where men and boys can grow confidence, resilience, connection, skills and a positive mindset — through practical support, mentoring, buddying, real conversations, real role models and people who genuinely care. As our Charity / General Manager, you’ll work closely with the Founder to help run, organise and grow MINDSET. You’ll be right at the centre of the charity’s day‑to‑day operations, helping us stay focused, organised and moving forward with purpose.

This is a role for someone who wants to be part of something exciting, something meaningful, something that’s just beginning.

WHAT YOU MIGHT GET INVOLVED IN

• Supporting the Founder with the day‑to‑day running of the charity.

• Helping build simple, effective systems that keep everything organised and moving smoothly.

• Coordinating volunteers, programmes, admin and operations.

• Managing communications, scheduling, planning and general organisation.

• Helping shape the culture, structure and feel of MINDSET as we grow.

• Bringing your ideas, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit to help us build something powerful.

• Being the person who helps turn vision into reality.

You don’t need to have done this before. You don’t need charity experience. You don’t need a perfect CV.
