Job description

HELP US LAUNCH MINDSET — AND CHANGE MEN & BOYS’ LIVES IN LONDON

This is a fully flexible and remote role!!!

We’re MINDSET Charity, a bold new start‑up charity in London on a mission to equip and empower men and boys with the tools they need for better mental health.

We’re building something powerful — a stigma‑free space where men and boys can learn real, non‑clinical and non‑therapeutic practical skills that strengthen resilience, boost wellbeing and create lasting change. Through motivational interviewing, solution‑focused approaches, self‑improvement practices, life coaching, mentoring and more, we will help men and boys build better habits, better mindsets and a better quality of life.

And right now, we’re getting set up and ready to launch — and we need Graphic Designer Volunteers to help us bring MINDSET to life visually.

YOUR IMPACT WILL BE HUGE

You’ll be joining at the very beginning — shaping the visual identity, brand assets and design materials that will introduce MINDSET to London’s communities.

Your work will directly influence:

  • how confidently and professionally we present ourselves

  • how recognisable and trusted our brand becomes

  • how engaging our outreach and community presence feels

  • how ready we are to launch within the next few months

This is your chance to be part of something meaningful at the very start — helping build a charity that will genuinely change lives across our capital.

THE ROLE: GRAPHIC DESIGNER (VOLUNTEER)

We’re looking for creative, thoughtful and mission‑driven designers who can help us build the visual foundations of MINDSET.

You’ll work closely with our Leadership Team to create the design assets that will support our launch, strengthen our brand identity and help us reach men and boys across London.

WHAT YOU WILL HELP US CREATE

1. Brand & Identity

  • A Brand Guidelines Booklet based on our current brand

  • Colour palettes, typography rules, layout systems

  • Iconography, visual motifs and brand consistency tools

2. Launch Materials

  • Roller banners for events, workshops and outreach

  • Posters for community spaces, schools, youth centres and partners

  • Merchandise concepts (t‑shirts, badges, tote bags, wristbands)

  • Business stationery (letterheads, business cards, email signatures)

  • Social media graphics and digital assets

3. Community Outreach

  • Visual materials that help men and boys feel welcome, safe and understood

  • Designs that communicate our mission clearly and confidently

  • Assets that support programmes, workshops and early intervention activities

If you love creating clean, modern, meaningful design — this is the perfect role for you.

WE’RE NOT JUST LOOKING FOR ANYONE

We’re especially interested in people who:

  • want to help build a charity from the ground up

  • enjoy creating brand‑consistent, purposeful design

  • can translate ideas into clear, engaging visuals

  • have an eye for detail, clarity and emotional impact

  • thrive in a creative, collaborative start‑up environment

  • want their work to genuinely help men and boys across London

If you’re someone who loves using design to make a difference — this is your moment.
