We’re ideally seeking volunteers based in London, but we welcome passionate people from across England who can join virtually and help shape the future of a charity with huge potential.

We’re MINDSET Charity, a bold new start‑up in London on a mission to equip and empower men and boys with the tools they need for better mental health, stronger resilience and long‑term personal growth.

We’re building a stigma‑free movement — a space where men and boys can learn real, practical, non‑clinical skills that help them build better habits, better mindsets and better lives. From 1:1 Life Coaching, to 6‑ and 12‑week self‑improvement programmes, to school workshops for teenage boys, we’re creating something powerful.

And right now, we’re getting ready to launch — and we need an IT & Digital Systems Coordinator who can build the digital infrastructure that keeps MINDSET running safely, smoothly and professionally.

THE ROLE: IT & DIGITAL SYSTEMS COORDINATOR (VOLUNTEER)

As our IT & Digital Systems Coordinator, you’ll research, create and set up the free digital tools that power MINDSET — from cloud‑based CRMs and case‑note systems to impact‑tracking platforms and volunteer management tools.

You’ll configure our Office 365, emails and SharePoint so they’re secure, organised and built for charity use. You’ll lock down our devices — laptops, tablets and phones — so they’re protected, purpose‑built and safe for storing sensitive data.

This role is perfect for someone who loves tech, enjoys problem‑solving and wants to help build a charity from the ground up.

WHAT YOU’LL HELP US BUILD

1. Digital Systems & Infrastructure

• Researching and setting up free cloud‑based CRM platforms.

• Creating case‑note recording systems to track impact.

• Building digital workflows that support volunteers and programmes.

• Ensuring systems are simple, secure and fit for purpose.

2. Office 365, Email & SharePoint Setup

• Configuring Office 365 for charity use.

• Setting up secure email accounts and access levels.

• Building a structured, safe SharePoint Drive.

• Ensuring everything is compliant, organised and easy to use.

3. Device Configuration & Security

• Setting up laptops, tablets and phones for MINDSET use only.

• Locking devices so they cannot be used for other purposes.

• Ensuring all data is encrypted, protected and secure.

• Implementing best‑practice security measures.

4. Digital Support & Volunteer Enablement

• Helping volunteers navigate systems with confidence.

• Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly.

• Creating simple guides, walkthroughs and support materials.

• Making sure every volunteer feels supported and capable.

5. Building a Strong Digital Foundation

• Creating systems future teams can rely on.

• Supporting risk management and data protection.

• Helping MINDSET grow safely, professionally and sustainably.
