We’re ideally seeking Trustees based in London, but we welcome passionate volunteers from across England who can join meetings virtually and help steer the future of a charity with huge potential.

We’re MINDSET Charity, a bold new start‑up in London on a mission to equip and empower men and boys with the tools they need for better mental health, stronger resilience and long‑term personal growth.

We’re building a stigma‑free movement — a space where men and boys can learn real, practical, non‑clinical skills that help them build better habits, better mindsets and better lives. From 1:1 Life Coaching, to 6‑ and 12‑week self‑improvement programmes, to school workshops for teenage boys, we’re creating something powerful.

And right now, we’re getting ready to launch — and we need a Company Secretary (Trustee) who can help shape our governance, strengthen our compliance and ensure MINDSET is built on solid, professional foundations from day one.

As our Company Secretary, you’ll ensure MINDSET is legally compliant, well‑organised and professionally governed as we move toward launch. You’ll support the Board, oversee key documentation, manage reporting requirements and help build the systems that keep the charity safe, structured and accountable.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and Leadership Team, providing clarity, organisation and governance expertise at a crucial stage of our development.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to use their organisational, legal or governance experience to help shape a charity with real purpose.

WHAT YOU’LL HELP US BUILD

1. Governance & Compliance

• Ensuring we meet Charity Commission requirements.

• Managing annual returns, filings and statutory obligations.

• Keeping our governance strong, safe and legally sound.

• Supporting charity registration and structural setup.

2. Board Organisation & Accountability

• Preparing agendas, minutes and board documentation.

• Ensuring decisions are recorded, tracked and actioned.

• Supporting policy development and governance reviews.

• Helping the Board operate smoothly and professionally.

3. Start‑Up Leadership & Structure

• Bringing clarity and organisation to a fast‑moving charity.

• Supporting the Founder and Leadership Team.

• Helping us build momentum towards launch.

• Championing our mission to improve men and boys’ mental health.
