HELPING MEN AND BOYS BUILD BETTER LIVES.

We’re creating something different.

A place where men and boys can build confidence, skills, resilience, connection, purpose and a positive mindset — through practical support, mentoring, buddying, positive role models and simply having people in their corner. Helping them through mental health and wellbeing.

But here’s the thing…

We can’t build it alone.

And that’s where you come in.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR OUR OPERATIONS LEAD

Someone who loves making things work. Someone who gets a buzz from organising, coordinating, improving and keeping everything running smoothly. Someone who wants to help build a charity from the ground up — not just watch from the sidelines.

As our Operations Lead, you’ll be the person who helps turn ideas into action. You’ll help shape how MINDSET works behind the scenes. You’ll help us build systems, processes, structure and organisation that allow us to support more men and boys across London.

You’ll be part of the engine room of MINDSET.

WHAT YOU MIGHT GET INVOLVED IN

• Helping us set up simple, effective systems that keep everything moving.

• Coordinating volunteers, activities and day‑to‑day operations.

• Making sure our programmes run smoothly and people feel supported.

• Helping us stay organised, efficient and ready for growth.

• Spotting problems before they happen — and helping us fix them.

• Bringing your ideas, experience and energy to help shape how MINDSET works.

And if you’ve never done this before?

That’s absolutely fine.

THIS ISN’T ABOUT HAVING THE PERFECT CV

You don’t need to have worked for a charity before. You don’t need to know everything. You don’t need to be an expert.

You just need to bring something you’re good at — organising, planning, coordinating, problem‑solving, or simply a willingness to get stuck in and help us build something meaningful.

We’ll support you, help you develop and give you the opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning.
