Job description

Do you want to help shape the next generation of confident, resilient young men?

MINDSET Charity is a brand-new initiative dedicated to supporting men’s mental wellbeing and personal growth.

As part of this mission, we are launching Boys to Men — a programme designed to guide teenage boys through self-improvement, mindset development, and essential life skills.

And we’re looking for someone to help build it.

We’re seeking a volunteer Programme Development Manager to take a leading role in shaping and developing Boys to Men from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to design a programme that has the potential to genuinely change lives.

You’ll be helping create a structured, engaging, and impactful experience that equips young men with the tools, confidence, and mindset they need to navigate life’s challenges and grow into strong, self-aware individuals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and developing the Boys to Men programme framework.

  • Creating session plans, activities, and development pathways.

  • Integrating self-improvement and personal development techniques.

  • Ensuring the programme is engaging, practical, and age-appropriate.

  • Working closely with the team to bring the programme to life.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone organised, creative, and driven.

  • Experience or interest in programme development, youth work, coaching, or education.

  • A strong understanding of personal development or mindset-based approaches.

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people’s growth and wellbeing.

  • Confidence in taking initiative and helping shape a new project.

You don’t need to have run a programme before — what matters is your ability to think creatively, structure ideas, and build something meaningful.

In return, you’ll gain:

  • The opportunity to design a programme from the ground up.

  • Valuable leadership and development experience.

  • A strong portfolio piece within a growing charity.

  • The chance to make a lasting impact on young people’s lives.

  • A supportive and purpose-driven team environment.

This isn’t just about creating a programme — it’s about helping shape futures.

If you believe young men deserve better guidance, stronger support, and the tools to thrive, we want to hear from you.

Join MINDSET and help turn boys into confident, capable men.
