MINDSET Charity is launching a bold new mission for men and boys — practical, real‑world, non‑clinical skills that help men grow, level up and take control of their lives.
Now we need someone who can help build the programmes that make that mission real.
This is your role.
As our Programme Development Volunteer, you’ll help design the tools, sessions and practical techniques that form the backbone of MINDSET. You’ll shape workshops, build resources, refine content and create the early programmes that our first volunteers will deliver.
You’ll be part of the team that sets the tone for how men experience MINDSET — clear, strong, practical, and built for real life.
