HELPING MEN AND BOYS BUILD BETTER LIVES.

We’re creating something different.

A place where men and boys can build confidence, skills, resilience, connection, purpose and a positive mindset — through practical support, mentoring, buddying, positive role models and simply having people in their corner. Helping them through mental health and wellbeing.

We can’t build it alone.

And that’s where you come in.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR OUR PROGRAMME LEAD

Someone who loves creating experiences that genuinely help people. Someone who can turn ideas into real, meaningful programmes. Someone who wants to help build a charity from scratch — shaping how we support men and boys across London.

As our Programme Lead, you’ll be the person who designs, builds and coordinates the programmes that sit at the heart of MINDSET. You’ll help us create safe, positive, welcoming spaces where men and boys can grow, connect and feel supported. You’ll help us bring structure, creativity and organisation to everything we deliver.

You’ll be the architect of the MINDSET experience.

WHAT YOU MIGHT GET INVOLVED IN

• Designing and shaping our early programmes for men and boys.

• Coordinating activities, sessions, mentors, buddies and volunteers.

• Creating welcoming, supportive experiences that feel human, positive and practical.

• Working with partners, communities and volunteers to bring programmes to life.

• Helping us test, refine and improve what we offer as we grow.

• Bringing your ideas, passion and creativity to help build something meaningful.

And if you’ve never done this before?

That’s absolutely fine.

THIS ISN’T ABOUT HAVING THE PERFECT CV

• You don’t need to have worked for a charity before.
• You don’t need to know everything.
• You don’t need to be an expert.

You just need to bring something you’re good at — organising, planning, supporting people, coordinating activities, or simply a willingness to help us build programmes that change lives.

We’ll support you, help you develop and give you the opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning.
