PROGRAMME MANAGER (VOLUNTEER)

Lead the Launch of Our 12‑Week Mindset & Self‑Improvement Programme

Ready to help transform the way men approach their mental wellbeing and personal growth?

MINDSET Charity is seeking a committed, organised, and people‑focused Programme Manager (Volunteer) to support the launch and delivery of our brand‑new 12‑Week Mindset & Self‑Improvement Programme — a pilot initiative designed to empower men with practical tools, structured growth, and a supportive community.

This is your chance to shape a flagship programme from day one.

THE MISSION

At MINDSET Charity, we take action.

We are building a non‑clinical, proactive platform centred on personal development, mindset training, and real‑world self‑improvement. We will give men the space to be open, supported, and equipped with the tools to navigate life with confidence and resilience.

Our 12‑Week Programme is the heart of this mission — and we need a Programme Manager who can bring it to life.

THE PROGRAMME MANAGER (VOLUNTEER ROLE)

We are looking for a structured, empathetic, and proactive Programme Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of our pilot programme.

You will ensure the programme runs smoothly, safely, and consistently — creating an environment where men can grow, connect, and thrive.

You will be the driving force behind turning our curriculum into a powerful, transformative experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Lead Programme Delivery

Oversee the weekly rollout of the 12‑Week Mindset & Self‑Improvement Programme. Ensure sessions run on time, facilitators are supported, and participants have a seamless experience.

2. Coordinate Facilitators & Volunteers

Work closely with session facilitators, guest speakers, and support volunteers. Provide structure, guidance, and clarity to ensure everyone is aligned and prepared.

3. Manage Participant Experience

Support participant onboarding, communication, attendance tracking, and wellbeing considerations. Create a safe, supportive, and consistent environment for all attendees.

4. Strengthen Programme Structure

Help refine session plans, materials, and delivery frameworks based on feedback and real‑time learning. Ensure the pilot evolves into a scalable, repeatable programme.

5. Monitor Progress & Impact

Track engagement, outcomes, and feedback throughout the 12 weeks. Provide insights that will shape future programme iterations and national rollout.

6. Support Programme Expansion

Collaborate with the founding team to prepare the programme for wider delivery across London and eventually the UK.

WHY JOIN MINDSET?

1. Real Impact

Play a central role in launching a programme that could change the lives of men across the country.

2. Build Your Leadership Experience

Gain hands‑on experience in programme management, wellbeing delivery, and community‑based development.

3. The Brotherhood

Join a passionate, supportive team committed to changing the conversation around men’s mental wellbeing.

WHO WE NEED

A structured, organised individual with experience in programme management, community projects, coaching, facilitation, or wellbeing initiatives.

Someone passionate about men’s mental health, personal development, and positive change.

A calm, reliable presence who can coordinate people, manage moving parts, and keep a programme running smoothly.

A proactive problem‑solver with strong communication skills and a “let’s make this happen” mindset.

READY TO SHAPE SOMETHING POWERFUL

If you’re ready to help deliver a programme that could redefine men’s wellbeing, we’d love to hear from you.
